About the product
The device adopts the real components of engine electronic control system to illustrate the control system's structure and working process. The device applies to engine electronic control system and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

1.Real and operable engine electronic control system to imitate rotation of an engine crankshaft and illustrate the electronic control system's structure and working process, including spark plug ignition, oil pump operation and fuel injections.

2.The training platform is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft and spraying primer. Never fade color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the diagram and control with the real object.

3.Detection terminals are installed on the teaching board. On the platform, operators can detect resistance, voltage, current, and signals of components of the electronic control system.

4.The teaching board is installed with diagnosis socket connecting dedicated or universal automobile decoder. The diagnosis socket reads fault codes and clears fault codes from the engine electrical control system.

5.The teaching board's base frame is made of steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed and a 40cm2 tabletop is fixed on the base frame to place materials and light testing devices. 

6.Instead of using accumulators and requiring charging, the instruction board connects to a 220V AC voltage which changes to a 12 V DC voltage through the internal circuit. The 12V DC voltage protects the instruction board against short circuit.

7.Equipped with intelligent fault setting and appraisal system, include fault settings, troubleshooting, assessment functions etc.
