 About the product 
The device is designed based on Toyota A341E electronically-controlled automatic transmission assembly. Driven by a three-phase gear reduction sense motor, it uses high-pressure gas to push fuel-consuming components to shift gears. It illustrate the position, start up in neutral, drive shift and reverse gear, and the electronically-controlled automatic transmission's internal structure and working processes of various fuel-consuming components in each gear position. The device applies to automobile transmission and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

1.A real and operable dissected automatic transmission, driven by a three-phase gear reduction sense motor, to illustrate the position, start up in neutral, drive shift and reverse gear. It illustrates the automatic transmission's internal structure and working process.

2.Each brake and clutch is driven by a separate gas circuit. The automatic transmission controller will control electromagnetic valves according to multi-functional switch and gear-selection switch signals received and use the valves to control gas circuits of clutches and brakes with the aim of changing the gear position. 

3.The training platform is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft and spraying primer. Never fade color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the diagram and control with the real object.

4.Automatic transmission gear position indicators and gear level position lights are installed on the training platform to display the transmission's working condition. 

5.The training platform is installed with engine and slowdown machine protective devices.

6.The training platform's base frame is made in steel and paint is sprayed on the surface. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the platform is flexible, reliable and endurable.
