The engine test bench can be used for disassembly and assembly of Volkswagen gasoline engine and measurement of parts. The test bench is equipped with a slowdown swivel mechanism, which can be operated to rotate and lock the engine in any angle and position to enable students assemble and disassemble it. Through practicing on this test bench the students’ practical ability can be trained, which enables them to have a deeper understanding of the internal structure of the engine.

Functions

1. It adopts Volkswagen EA888 original electronically-controlled gasoline engine assembly, which installed on the dedicated swivel stand and it can be disassembled and assembled from different angle. The combined design of the swivel stand and the inspection workbench is adopted, which is convenient for inspection after disassembly and assembly.

2. It adopts steel frame structure, covered with sheet metal, which is sturdy and durable. The desktop is made of stainless steel, with waste oil recovery treatment, which meets the requirements of environmental protection, and the metal surface is sprayed.

3. The equipment adopts intelligent tool supporting management and integrated tool supporting device. It is equipped with general and special tools that meet the actual needs, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. And the trainees' practical ability has been assessed, which enables them to have a deeper understanding of the internal structure of the engine. The supporting use of tools in the process of installation and training mainly includes: general general tools, torque wrench set, disassembly and assembly kit of engine piston ring, engine oil seal disassembly and assembly tool set, engine measuring tool set, engine timing tool set, disassembly and assembly consumables, etc.

5. The equipment is mainly designed and customized based on the engine measurement module of the world skills competition to meet relevant technical requirements and practice functions, and it is convenient for disassembly and assembly and measurement practice of the engine.

6.The left side of the stand is for disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for rotation the engine to the disassembly angle. The bottom is equipped with telescopic oil drip pan support and oil drip pan to prevent oil from falling to the ground during disassembly and assembly.

7.The special workbench used for supporting training is convenient for the placement and measurement of parts during the practice process. The size of the workbench is 1570mm × 700mm × 800mm. The frame is welded with square steel, and the table top is made of stainless steel. And the stainless steel worktop is surrounded by oil baffle plate, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning. The table is supported by square steel. The worktable is made of baking paint spraying and humanized design, which is in line with the principle of ergonomics, simple and generous, practical and reliable. And it is conducive to improving work efficiency, and is suitable for engine inspection and maintenance.
