The training platform applies the practical teaching content of the whole automotive electrical and electronic technology course through the experimental device in the teaching process of automotive sensor circuit, electronic control circuit principle, analog electronic technology, digital electronic circuit, single-chip microcomputer programming, etc, and it has scenario authenticity, process operability and result testability. The system integrates the supporting FXB training cloud platform automotive electrical and electronic experiment teaching management system software, which can reduce teachers' teaching burden and improve teachers' teaching efficiency through core functions such as distance teaching, online experiment, online assessment, tutorial service, asset management, report management and appointment. The complete digital experimental report is realized through the core functions of pre class preview, classroom online experiment, experimental report generation and online upload, and after class thinking and analysis. And cooperate with the anti cheating system to improve students' learning initiative and interest in all links. It is applicable to the teaching needs of automotive electrician and electronics courses in secondary and senior vocational and technical colleges, ordinary education colleges and training institutions. The equipment includes student end and teacher end, which can be used alone or online to meet the construction needs of training room.

1. The training platform integrates and optimizes automotive electrical technology and electronic technology with automotive electronic control technology, including automotive circuit component cognition and automotive component detection, automotive electronic circuit control and circuit connection test, intelligent networked vehicle sensor detection, single chip microcomputer programming teaching, etc.
2. On the basis of the training hardware of traditional automotive electrical and electronic courses, more than 90 kinds of training boards are added, including the traditional engine control system control circuit training board and the new energy vehicle control circuit training board, such as Hall sensor principle training board, magnetic induction sensor principle training board, photoelectric sensor principle training board, ultrasonic sensor principle training board, charge discharge control training board, motor control principle training board,DC-DC conversion principle training board and IGBT drive principle training board. The central control panel of the training platform is equipped with regulated power supply, digital oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, thermometer and other measuring equipment, which can independently realize the detection functions of more than 90 automotive electrical and electronic training boards, such as DC adjustable power supply, signal simulation, waveform measurement, voltage measurement, resistance measurement, current measurement and common electronic component etc. Protective devices such as fuse and diode are designed on each module circuit board to prevent students from breaking and damaging the experimental board due to wiring errors, and ensure the durability of each experimental board.
3. 16 push-pull self-priming test equipment placement cabinets are equipped, each cabinet is equipped with 1 mold opening sponge, and each mold opening sponge can place 6 circuit test boards, a total of 96 test modules. Through the data connection between the PC in the central control screen and the experimental instrument, the online generation and real-time upload of experimental data and experimental report can be realized.
4. The self-priming push-pull placement cabinet is designed to effectively reduce the damage of the test device caused by improper operation. A nameplate placement slot is designed under the cabinet handle to identify and distinguish the placement position of the experimental board in the cabinet. The front end of the sponge opening hole is designed with a semicircular part taking hole to facilitate access to the PCB experimental board. The test board has the function of reverse power connection, which can prevent the damage of test board components caused by reverse power connection.
