It’s designed based on the electric vehicle DC intelligent charging system. Through transparent display, the real object of the charging pile control system is presented on the panel, and the connection and control relationship between the core components of the DC charging pile is displayed by corresponding to the circuit diagram. It can carry out the teaching of structure cognition of plug-in electric vehicle charging system, and the teaching of common fault detection and diagnosis of charging system. The equipment integrates the charging pile characteristic test function, which can measure the output voltage, current, power of the charger, the electric energy of the charger and other parameters. The charging pile is equipped with vehicle-end protocol communication, which can output any voltage of 10-100V. The vehicle-end protocol module is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, which directly displays the current charging data, and can set voltage parameters, current parameters, maximum allowable voltage, load control, charging mode selection, charging time and SOC value settings, BMS parameters and charger parameters.

1. On the basis of the national standard DC charging pile, the equipment displays system circuits such as DC charging interface, DC charging harness, high-voltage battery pack, control board, electric energy meter, and contactor. Key signals can be measured, and key components and circuits can be faulted. To enable students to understand the control process of the DC charging system, that is, how to wake up the system, how to control the relay, and how to monitor the charging process.

3. The training platform is equipped with a charging pile and a circuit schematic diagram of the vehicle control system. Trainees can understand and analyze the working process and control strategy by comparing the circuit diagram and the real object, and the system can perform fault setting.
4. An emergency stop switch is installed, which can stop the operation of the equipment with one button in case of emergency.
5. Arrange light-emitting diode strips in the protective layer of the high-voltage wiring harness. When there is current in the wiring harness, the LED strips will display the direction of the DC charging current.
6. The system is equipped with a Windows system touch all-in-one computer device of no less than 23.6 inches, with built-in charging system software, which can display information such as charging voltage, current, power consumption amount, and charging pile fault codes in real time.
7. Charging information interface: display charging system charging status, charging current, charger head temperature, charging voltage, CC1 voltage, insulation detection, vehicle BMS information, charging time, charging power, consumption amount, fault codes and other information in detail.
8. Start charging interface: We can choose automatic charging, charging according to the amount of electricity, charging according to time, charging according to the amount and other modes.
9. End charging interface: Swipe the card to end charging.
10. Fault query interface: The green and red status of the charging pile icon reflects the fault status of the charging pile, and the fault name is directly displayed in the fault state.

The charging system software has the functions of fault setting and data query, and can perform fault setting on circuits such as CC1 circuit, ammeter communication circuit, indicator light communication circuit, card reader grounding circuit, pulse electronic lock ELF circuit, and charging gun S+ circuit inside the charging system.
12. The main board of the charging system has CAN bus interface, electric meter communication interface, credit card billing communication interface, PC communication interface, insulation detection circuit interface, emergency stop detection interface, CC1 isolation measurement interface, gun seat temperature detection interface, gun lock control and detection Interface, DC contactor control circuit interface.
13. The training platform is equipped with a charging load device, which can be charged by simulating the load of the power battery pack through a high-power aluminum shell resistor. The normal charging process can be realized even if the charging pile is not connected to the vehicle. Simulate the load with 2 pieces of aluminum casing resistors and cooling fan for heat dissipation, with discharge currents of 2A and 4A respectively.
14. Equipped with a vehicle-side signal communication module and a data display, it can display the charging stage status, demand voltage, demand current, maximum charging voltage, maximum charging current, charging mode, current power SOC value, output voltage, and output current of the charging pile in real time. , output power, accumulated power, BMS parameter setting, charger parameter display and other functions.
15. Equipped with wireless fault-setting system by tablet, at least 10 faults.
16. Supporting electric vehicle charging system teaching software: explain the principle of electric vehicle DC charging through 3D animation models and circuit principles, and clearly show the structure of each component.
