1. Connect with the whole vehicle through the special wiring harness. After disconnecting the special wiring harness, the whole vehicle has complete functions, maintains all the functions of the original vehicle and the integrity of the wiring harness, and the vehicle structure is complete. Without destroying the original car wiring harness structure, all control systems, sensors and actuators are complete and can operate normally. It can be connected with the original car wiring harness in series to the central control fault setting station to set the fault, and then the control signal is led to the teaching panel for detection and signal acquisition. And the outgoing interfaces are the main control parts of the original car, including power management system, air conditioning control system, engine control system, smart key system, instrument system, electronic shift system, etc.
2. The power management system system is led out to the teaching panel, which can detect signals including accelerator signal, gear signal, shift signal; CAN signal, etc.
3. The smart key system is led out to the teaching panel, which can detect the signal one-key start button signal, rear antenna signal, middle antenna signal, front antenna signal, left door handle antenna signal, right door handle signal, etc.
4. The air-conditioning control unit is led out to the teaching panel, which can detect the heating and cooling motor signal, internal and external circulation motor signal, air outlet mode cycle motor signal, air conditioner pressure switch signal, heating core temperature sensor signal, evaporator temperature sensor signal, outdoor temperature sensor signal, indoor temperature sensor signal, sunlight sensor signal, etc.
5. Equipped with intelligent fault setting and assessment system, with mechanical fault setting (Shift switch) and intelligent WIFI wireless fault setting function. The intelligent WIFI wireless fault setting system is equipped with a dedicated 12V switching power supply, and the fault setting will not be affected when the vehicle is powered off. And the the teacher set the faults, the students can analyze and find the cause. The fault setting includes open circuit, occasional phenomenon, etc. By comparing the part drawing and connector pin on the teaching board drawing, the trainees can directly measure the fault position and master the fault analysis and troubleshooting methods of the real vehicle.
