About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
It adopts the Toyota Corolla 1.8L gasoline and electricity hybrid vehicle. The vehicle is complete and connected with a training panel by special wiring harness, for measuring the voltage / resistance / waveform of various sensors and actuators in vehicle by detection terminals. The original wiring of vehicle isn’t destroyed and can normally drive on road.

1. Three special wiring harness are provided for connecting the vehicle and panel. One for connecting engine ECU, the second one for connecting hybrid power ECU, the third one for connecting dashboard and air-conditioning system.
2. The surface of the following parts are cutaway to show the internal structure: inverter, HV battery, hybrid power ECU, front and rear fenders, rearview mirrors, driver side / passenger side / left rear and right rear doors, engine hood, roof, air intake grille. All of the cutaway surface are covered with 3mm transparent acrylic board.
3. The definition of engine ECU pins and hybrid power ECU pins are provided. The waveform analysis of engine control system and hybrid power control system are provided.
4. The 4mm thick aluminum-plastic panel is painted with color circuit diagram of the engine control system and hybrid power control system, the name of relevant main components are painted at the original location of circuit. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of engine and hybrid power control system by referencing the circuit diagram and the real components in vehicle.
5. The vehicle has dashboard to illustrate changes of parameters in the power transmission process, speed, coolant temperature, electronic control system failure indicating light. Additional fuel pressure meter and vacuum pressure meter are installed for measuring the fuel pipe pressure and engine vacuum pressure.
6. Detection terminals are installed for measuring resistance / voltage / waveform signals of various sensors / actuators / engine ECU / hybrid power ECU by multimeter and oscilloscope.
7. The training panel is installed with OBD II diagnostic socket, which can connect to scanner to read fault codes, clears fault codes and reads data stream from the engine, automatic transmission, hybrid power, ABS, EPS of vehicle.
8. The vehicle has accelerator pedal and brake pedal for acceleration and deceleration.
9. An emergency switch is installed on panel for safety consideration.
10. Lockable casters are installed under panel to make it stable and movable.
11. The language for this equipment can be English or customized language.
12. The equipment is provided with operation manual, it’s helpful for training and learning.
13. Equipped with wireless intelligent fault setting and appraisal system by tablet PC, teachers set faults by tablet PC then ask students to detect and find the fault. It’s helpful for teachers to know about students’ learning status, also can improve students’ skills in troubleshooting.
