i. About The Product(FXB-X16780-ACC)
The device is used FXB self-developed 7KW national standard AC charging pile. After transparent display, the actual charging control system is presented on the panel of the training bench. The connection control relationship between the core components of the AC charging pile is highlighted by corresponding to the circuit schematic diagram. It can carry out cognitive teaching of charging system structure of plug-in electric vehicle, charging voltage detection, charging current detection, and common fault detection and diagnosis teaching of charging system, which can train the students' ability to use the AC charging pile as well as fault analysis and handling. The teaching panel adopts an integrated design, which is simple and elegant. The overall structure adopts a combination of iron and sheet metal, which is durable, safe and reliable. The base of the teaching paenl is equipped with 30cm wide desktop, which is convenient for placing materials and light testing instruments, etc. And the device is equipped with self-locking casters, which can be moved flexibly. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions for the use and maintenance of AC charging piles.

1. Based on the national standard charging system, the training platform planarizes the AC slow charging interface, slow charging harness, vehicle charger, power battery, etc., Key signals can be measured, and faults can be set for key components and circuits.

2. The training bench is equipped with an AC charging system circuit schematic panel. The LED light strip is arranged in the protective layer of the high-voltage harness, and the direction of current can be displayed through the LED light strip after power on.

3. The system is equipped with a windows system touch all-in-one computer with a size of not less than 23.6 inches, and the built-in national standard charging system human-computer interaction software. It can display the charging voltage, current, power consumption amount and charging pile fault code and other information in real time.

4. It has the function of charging information display, which displays the output status, output current, charging temperature, output voltage, CP frequency, CP duty ratio, CP voltage, charging time, charging power, consumption amount, fault code and other information of the charging system in detail.

5. The start charging interface can select the mode of automatic charging, charging by electric quantity, charging by time and charging by amount, and has the 3D dynamic rotation function of the vehicle.

6. It has the function of fault inquiry, and can reflect the fault status of the charging pile through the green and red status of the charging pile icon.

7. The human-computer interaction interface of the charging system has the functions of fault setting and data query, which can set the faults of the internal CP circuit, smart meter, working status indicator, card reader, temperature sensor and other circuits of the charging system.

8. The main board of the charging system has CAN bus interface, meter communication interface, credit card billing communication interface, PC communication interface, AC voltage fast measurement module, emergency stop detection interface, temperature detection interface, CP signal interface, isolated network interface, 4G module communication circuit interface, bluetooth interface, WIFI interface, etc.

9. Supporting embedded new energy vehicle charging system teaching resource package software V1.0, the functions are as follows:

9.1.Based on the national standard AC charging, explain the DC charging principle of electric vehicles in multiple directions through 3D animation model, circuit principle, etc., and show all parts clearly.
