About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The device can be used in conjunction with the fully functional new Geely Emgrand EV450 pure electric vehicle. On the basis of not destroying any wire harness of the original vehicle, the vehicle is transformed into an online fault detection teaching aid vehicle. It can detect and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the original vehicle's motor controller control unit, power battery management BMS control unit, VCU vehicle control unit, A/C control unit, vehicle charger control unit, auxiliary control unit, gear position control unit, and combined instrument control unit in real time. It can be used for fault setting of disconnection, virtual connection, short circuit and other phenomena on any line of the main control unit. The fault setting method is reliable. It is applicable to the teaching needs of pure electric vehicle theory and maintenance training in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, colleges of general education and training institutions.

1.Through the connection of special wiring harness with the whole vehicle, after the special wiring harness is disconnected, the whole vehicle functions completely, and all the functions and wiring harness integrity of the original vehicle are maintained.
2.The structure of the whole vehicle is complete, without damaging any wiring harness of the original vehicle; all control systems, sensors, and actuators are complete and can operate normally;
3.The dynamic and static signal parameters of the whole vehicle can be displayed through the instrument of the original vehicle (e.g., energy monitor screen, speed, gear display and indicator lights of various working conditions, etc.);
4.Through the special junction box, connect with the original vehicle's wiring harness in series, and lead the control signal to the central control station for detection and fault setting; the leading interfaces are all the main control parts of the original vehicle, including motor controller control unit, power battery management BMS control unit, VCU vehicle control unit, A/C control unit, vehicle charger control unit, auxiliary control unit, gear position control unit, and combined instrument control unit; after detecting the fault setting, connect the control signal back to the original vehicle's control unit, and the plug is the same as the original vehicle's wiring harness; the connection wire adopts the GB Teflon automobile special wire, the withstand voltage is no less than 600V, so as to ensure the normal circuit signal of the whole vehicle; meanwhile, the signal is drawn from the central control console to the teaching board, on which the main control unit and connector terminal of the original vehicle are drawn, and the real-time signal of the whole vehicle is directly measured on the terminal; the teaching board is 2.4 meters long, which can be measured by 6 groups of students at the same time to master the variation rules of different control unit parameters;
5.The motor controller unit is introduced to the teaching board, which can detect signals including motor controller, driving motor temperature signal, PCAN signal, high-voltage interlock signal, rotary sensor signal, etc.;
6.The power battery management BMS control unit is introduced to the teaching board, which can detect signals including power battery management system, BMS power supply signal, BMS-IG signal, charging sensor signal DC charging CAN signal, CC1 signal, CC2 signal, charging wake signal, P-can signal, VCU wake signal, OBC wake signal, charging status signal, etc.;
7.The VCU vehicle control unit is introduced to the teaching board, which can detect signals including accelerator pedal signal, brake signal, B-can signal, Pcan signal, high-voltage interlock signal, driving mode signal, etc.;
8.The A/C control unit is introduced to the teaching board, which can detect signals including A/C controller assembly, heating and cooling circulating motor, internal and external circulating motor, outlet mode circulating motor, pressure sensor, main driving and blowing foot channel sensor, main driving and blowing surface channel sensor, electronic expansion valve, pressure temperature sensor, sunlight intensity sensor, evaporator temperature sensor, outdoor temperature sensor, and indoor temperature sensor;
9.The test platform panel is made of 4mm high aluminum plastic plate, which is corrosion-resistant, invasion-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof and moisture-proof. The surface is treated by special process spraying primer. The panel is printed with a never fading color control unit and actuator, sensor terminal diagram. In addition, it is equipped with gold-plated detection terminals. Students can directly compare the circuit diagram with the original vehicle and measure and analyze the working principle and signal transmission process of each control system.
10.The panel frame of the test platform is made of aluminum alloy with a thickness of 2mm; the base frame is made of aluminum alloy profile, the main material is 80*40 aluminum alloy profile, and the top is covered with insulating wood board; the bottom is installed with four 3-inch wear-resistant nylon casters, which can move flexibly, and equipped with 2 casters with self-locking device, which can be fixed at any time.
11.Intelligent fault setting and assessment system is optional. WAIFA wireless fault setting can be completed by the teacher, and the student can analyze and find the cause. The intelligent fault setting system is equipped with a special 12V switching power supply, and the fault setting will not be affected in the case of vehicle power failure. Fault setting includes disconnection, occasional occurrence, etc. Compare the parts drawing on the teaching board and the pin of the connecting jack, directly measure the fault position, and master the method of real vehicle's fault analysis and elimination.
12.Another teaching board is equipped to draw the schematic diagram of the whole vehicle's control system to guide the fault setting and elimination.
