II. Functions:
1. Connect to the whole vehicle through the special wiring harness. After disconnecting the special wiring harness, the whole vehicle is fully functional, and all the functions of the original vehicle and the integrity of the wiring harness are maintained.
2. The structure of the whole vehicle is complete without damaging any wire harness of the original vehicle, and all control systems, sensors and actuators are complete and can operate normally.
3. Detection and fault setting connect the control signal back to the original vehicle control unit through a special connector, and there are no less than 200 mechanical fault points in the whole vehicle. The plug is the same as the original vehicle harness, and the connecting wire is the national standard Teflon automobile special wire, with a withstand voltage of not less than 600V, so as to ensure the normal circuit signal of the whole vehicle. The original vehicle control unit pins are drawn on the measurement panel and are equipped with 2mm gold-plated terminals for detection, and the real-time signal of the module system can be directly measured on the terminals to help trainees master the changing laws of parameters of different control units.
4. The intelligent fault setting assessment platform is equipped with a multi-function integrated device, which can be used for wireless fault setting, electronic maintenance data and circuit diagram viewing, teaching resource package, and networking consulting data, etc..
5. The fault setting area is located at the back and lower part of the platform and adopts the design of hidden sliding door fault setting mechanism. The mechanical and wireless fault setting system is installed internally, and 2mm special pair of wires are equipped for fault settings such as short circuit, which can perform open circuit, short circuit, virtual connection, cross and wrong connection and other faults on the main lines of the control unit.
6. Vehicle controller control unit teaching and training system, which can detect signals including brake switch signal, motor water temperature sensor signal, power network CAN-H, power network CAN-L, accelerator pedal sensor signal, water pump control signal, speed fan control signals, high-speed fan control signals, etc., and it can set and diagnose faults such as open circuit, virtual connection, short circuit, etc. for the main circuit of the vehicle controller V control unit.
7. Motor controller control unit teaching and training system, which can detect signals including IG3 working power supply and ground wire, PT CAN-H, PT CAN-L network signal, interlock signal, etc, and it can set and diagnose faults such as open circuit, short circuit, etc. for the main circuit of the motor controller control unit.
8. The charging assembly control unit teaching and training system, which can detect signals including AC charging port charging connection confirmation CC, AC charging port charging control and guide CP, AC charging port temperature detection, power network CAN-H, power network CAN-L, high voltage interlock output, high voltage interlock input, DC charging positive contactor control signal, DC charging negative control signal, DC charging contactor sintering detection signal, etc., and it can set and diagnose faults such as open circuit, virtual connection and short circuit of the main circuit of the high-voltage charging assembly control unit.
9. The battery management system on the teaching board can detect signals including power supply, interlock signal, CAN signal, etc.
10. The smart key system on the teaching board can detect signals including high-frequency receiver signals, RF card reader signals, antenna receiver signals, etc.
11. The air conditioning control unit on the teaching board can detect signals including cooling and heating regulating motor signal, internal and external circulation motor signal, air outlet mode circulating motor signal, air conditioning pressure switch signal, evaporator temperature sensor signal, outdoor temperature sensor signal, indoor temperature sensor signal, sun sensor signal, electronic expansion valve signal, defrost mode motor signal, etc.
12 The electric steering system on the teaching board can detect signals including power supply, CAN signal, etc.
13. The AC charging port unit teaching and training system can detect signals including unlocking power supply, blocking power supply, high temperature sensor, low temperature sensor, CC signal, CP signal, etc, and it can set and diagnose faults such as open circuit, virtual connection and short circuit of the main circuit of the AC charging port unit.
14. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system. Through waifa wireless fault setting, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point to master the fault handling ability of the real vehicle. And the equipment has wireless fault set at least 30 points.
15. The detection board is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft and spraying primer. The board is printed with a never fade color control unit plug and socket terminal diagram, and install 2mm gold-plated detection terminals. Trainees can measure and analyze the working principle and signal transmission process of each control system by comparing the original car circuit diagram and the original car.
