This training set uses the ROS system wire-controlled chassis system as the basic platform and is developed based on the Jetson Nano motherboard. It can complete experiments on kinematic analysis, communication protocols, control modes, etc. of the ROS car motion chassis. And It is accompanied by detailed video explanations and demonstration tutorials, which can systematically learn and master the principle knowledge of intelligent connected vehicle wire control chassis system.

1. The experimental set is connected through DIY. After assembly, it can complete the ROS system control, PS2 control, CAN control and serial port control of the car's moving chassis; it can complete the PID control of the car's moving chassis motor, front wheel steering control, etc.; And it can be completed OLED communication display control, etc.;

2. ROS system control mode. It can log in to the Ubuntu system in a virtual machine or ROS development environment to operate. By opening the control terminal and inputting control instructions, you can complete the left front movement, right front movement, forward movement, left turn movement, right turn movement, and left rear movement of the chassis system, backward movement, emergency stop movement and other actions, the linear speed and angular speed of the movement can be adjusted and two-way debugging can be carried out through the serial port debugging tool;

3. PS2 control mode. Support PS2 limited joystick remote control for ROS car movement in 8 directions, including front, back, etc

 

4. CAN control mode. The car supports CAN communication. After CAN communication receives data, CAN control is enabled, "CAN" is displayed in the lower corner of the display screen, and the car is controlled by sending instructions. While the car receives CAN commands, it can also send the car's own data to communicate with each other;

 

5. Serial port control mode. Modulate and communicate at the same baud rate, send serial port commands, the display will show "USART", enter the serial port control mode, the sender and receiver will send serial port commands to control the azimuth movement of the car, etc.
