The equipment adopts lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium power batteries commonly used in mainstream new energy electric vehicles, which are divided into cylindrical, square aluminum shell and soft bag according to shape. It truly presents the basic parameters and structural composition of common lithium-ion power batteries, so that students can master the internal structure and basic parameters of common lithium-ion power batteries.

II. Function introduction:

1.Three square aluminum shell lithium iron phosphate power batteries are used, with model 3.2V50AH, rated voltage 3.2V and rated capacity 50AH. One battery is dissected to show the internal structure. Two batteries are fully displayed for measuring the basic parameters of the battery, including rated voltage, internal resistance and insulation. The equipment has supporting courseware, which completely describes the classification, internal structure, basic parameters and measurement methods of square aluminum shell lithium iron phosphate power battery.

2.Ten cylindrical lithium iron phosphate power batteries are used, with model 3.2V3AH (26650), rated voltage 3.2V and rated capacity 3AH. One battery is dissected to show the internal structure. Nine batteries are fully displayed for measuring the basic parameters of the battery, including rated voltage, internal resistance and insulation. 4.Three square aluminum shell ternary lithium power batteries are selected, with model of 3.55V70AH, rated voltage of 3.55V and rated capacity of 70AH. One battery is dissected to show the internal structure. Two batteries are fully displayed for measuring the basic parameters of the battery, including rated voltage, internal resistance and insulation. 5.Ten cylindrical ternary lithium power batteries are used, with model 3.6V2 5AH (18650), rated voltage 3.6V, rated capacity 2.5AH. One battery is dissected to show the internal structure. Nine batteries are fully displayed for measuring the basic parameters of the battery, including rated voltage, internal resistance and insulation. The equipment is equipped with courseware, which completely describes the classification, internal structure, basic parameters and measurement methods of cylindrical ternary lithium power battery.

6.Three soft packed ternary lithium power batteries are used, with model of 3.6V40AH, rated voltage of 3.6V and rated capacity of 40AH. One battery is dissected to show the internal structure. Two batteries are fully displayed for measuring the basic parameters of the battery, including rated voltage, internal resistance and insulation. The equipment has supporting courseware, which completely describes the classification, internal structure, basic parameters and measurement methods of soft packed ternary lithium power batteries.

7.The training bench is also equipped with a automotive specific clamp meter and a  insulation tester for new energy vehicle competition, which are used to measure the internal resistance and insulation parameters of the driving motor.

8.The device is made of high-quality aluminum profile with transparent glass structure and arc transition outside the profile. It has built-in flexible color light-emitting lighting device, adopts 220VAC switching power supply, and the lighting system has safety protection such as short circuit and overload.

9.The device is equipped with four casters, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the front two casters are equipped with self-locking devices, which can be fixed at any time.
