Power Battery Module (Cylindrical Cell) Testing Bench
About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
I. About the Product:(FXB-X04358-2)
The equipment adopts 2 original power battery modules of mainstream new energy pure electric cars and 32 batteries in series to form a module. And one module is composed of 32*4=120 cylindrical 18650 ternary lithium battery, and the rated total voltage of the module is 3.65v*4=14.6v. There are two modules in total, and the total voltage after series connection is 14.6v*2=29.2v. Through the safety measurement of the voltage of different cells of the module, trainees can understand the series-parallel composition of the power battery module. It’s suitable for the power battery safety measurements of vocational technology academy.

II. Function Introduction:

1. The mainstream new energy pure electric car power battery pack (cylindrical cell) is generally composed of more than 90 modules in series, and the total voltage is not less than 300V. This test bench selects 2 of the modules, and the total voltage of the modules is not higher than 33.6V, which solves the problem that the original power battery pack cannot be directly measured. With the help of automotive-specific clamp meter, it can safely measure the voltage of different batteries and understand the series parallel composition of power battery modules.

2. The training bench is equipped with an adjustable DC regulated power supply, and the voltage/current can be adjusted. The regulated power supply is connected to an external 220VAC AC power supply, and the electronic screen displays the voltage/current, which is convenient for students to observe the specific parameter changes during the charging process. With the help of adjustable DC regulated power supply, the single battery can be recharged. And pay attention to measure the voltage of the primary battery first, and then adjust the voltage slightly higher than the primary battery voltage to recharge.

3. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. A three-dimensional anatomical map is drawn on the teaching board which is placed vertically to introduce the composition, structure and basic parameters of this type of power battery module.

4. The main material of the training bench is made of 40*40 aluminum alloy, which is artistic and solid. There are four casters at the bottom, which can move flexibly. And the casters have self-locking devices, which can fix the position.

5. The training bench is equipped with a automotive-specific clamp meter and a high-voltage test pen, which are used to measure the voltage, current and other parameters of the control line.

6. The training bench is equipped with a insulation tester, which is used to measure the insulation resistance of power battery modules.

7. (Optional) The training bench is equipped with a teaching resource package software for the structural composition of new energy vehicle parts, which adopts a three-dimensional animation mode to describe the structural composition of the power battery module (square aluminum shell cell) in detail. Each main component can be opened by clicking , and has basic parameters and performance descriptions. The intelligent courseware is installed with a U disk, and can be played directly after being inserted into the computer, which is suitable for practical teaching.
