i. About The Product(FXB-X02203)
The equipment is based on the pure electric automatic air conditioning system of Toyota Corolla dual engine 1.8L original hybrid vehicle, which fully shows the composition structure and working process of the pure electric automatic air conditioning system of hybrid vehicle. After connecting the air-conditioning training bench and the driving training bench, the air-conditioning control panel can be operated, which can truly demonstrate the operation process and working principle of the pure electric automatic air-conditioning refrigeration system. The heater is used as the heat source (a water heater is installed to replace the engine coolant heating ), operate the air-conditioning control panel, which can truly demonstrate the operation process and working principle of the automobile automatic air-conditioning heating system.
By driving the OBD diagnostic interface of the training bench, the special diagnostic instrument can be used to read the fault code, read the data stream, and clear the fault code of the air-conditioning control system.
The training bench is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. The surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer. The circuit diagram of the hybrid system is painted by UV inkjet printing process on the panel. The detection terminals are installed on the controller, sensor and actuator circuits, so that the students can visually compare the circuit diagram and the real object to measure the voltage, current, waveform and resistance, so as to understand and analyze the working principle of the auto air conditioning system.
The training platform is connected in parallel with the detection panel through a special docking harness. The control logic diagram of each system of the training platform is painted on the detection panel. According to the control logic diagram of the panel and the training bench, comprehensive training and troubleshooting are carried out, so as to improve the students' ability to analyze and deal with the failure of the hybrid system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions for the integration of vehicle theory and practice.

ii. Features

1. The main components are installed on the bench, and the electrical connection method is the same as that of the real vehicle. It can be easily disassembled after the power is off, so that students can learn and master the disassembly and assembly points of the air-conditioning system components (according to the overall wiring requirements, some fuses and relays are moved to on the corresponding stand).

2. The training bench can carry out practical projects such as adding refrigerant and leak detection.

3. With the help of the original factory data, the main component functions and pin definitions are fully described on the device.

4. The panel fully displays the working principle diagram of the air conditioning and heating system, and installs the detection terminals. With the help of the multimeter and the oscilloscope, the parameter changes in various states can be detected in real time.

5. The training bench is also equipped with an air-conditioning compressor, which is displayed in the form of separation and dissection to clearly understand the internal structure and working form of the electric air-conditioning compressor of the refrigeration system.

6. The training bench is welded and assembled with high-strength carbon steel. After the carbon steel is derusted, the exterior is painted by high temperature electrostatic powder spraying process. There are 4 casters installed at the bottom of the training bench, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the caster has a self-locking device, which can fix the position.

7. Equipped with a wireless intelligent fault setting module, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point. The main components are led out of the detection port, and they are directly detected at the fault location to master the fault handling ability.
