ii. Features

1. The original body of the BYD Qin PLUS-EV pure electric car is selected, and the body is partially transparent and modified. Intuitively recognize the collision sensor, lighting system, wiper system, central door lock system, electric window lift system, electric rearview mirror control system and other main components on the original body. The low-voltage control lines are all original parts, and the length is increased. To enable students to understand the composition and connection relationship of the original car body parts as soon as possible.

2. The body is partially cut without destroying the body structure, and the internal structures such as the collision sensor and the electric window lifting system are clearly displayed. The cutting parts include front hood, left front fender, left front door, left rear door, left rear fender, front bumper, rear bumper.

3. The training board is equipped with a teaching board, which fully displays the working principle diagram of the body control system, and installs detection terminals, with no less than 120 detection terminals. With the help of tools such as multimeters, the parameters changes in various states can be detected in real time.The length of the teaching board is not less than 1600mm, which can satisfy 4 students to test and study in different parts at the same time.

4. The training bench is composed of the original car body and the teaching board. The bottom of the body is connected with the steel structure welding bracket, and the bracket is equipped with four casters, two universal wheels, and two directional wheels, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the universal caster has a self-locking device, which can fix the position. The caster has low rolling resistance and is quiet and wear-resistant. The teaching board is installed on an alloy steel base, and four casters are also installed, which can be moved independently.

5. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system, through the mobile WIFI wireless fault setting, the teacher sets the fault, the students analyze and find the fault point, and master the real vehicle fault handling ability. Wireless faults should be set to no less than 15 points.

6. It is equipped with a clamp meter and a high-voltage test pen for the new energy vehicle competition. It is used for the measurement of parameters such as control line voltage and current, and the non-contact measurement of orange high-voltage loop high current.
