Engine Management System Calibration Training Platform
About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
This electronic control system calibration teaching platform is based on the mainstream domestic gasoline engine management systems. It aims to enable the students to accurately master the current leading engine control principles by means of theory teaching and hands-on practices.
This electronic control system calibration teaching platform applies the same development as that applied by most domestic OEMs, main engine plants and electronic control system suppliers so that the students can have the latest technical experience in a timely manner and acquire the abilities to apply related development environment in the process of learning.  Students accomplishing this teaching module can seamlessly start their careers by working in related OEMs, main engine plants and electronic control systems, as well as various engine parts production suppliers, thereby realizing “winning at the starting line”
This electronic control system calibration teaching platform is mainly designed for the undergraduate students of automotive related majors so as to train talents such as test equipment operators, test engineers, calibration engineers and product engineers.

The engine management system calibration teaching platform is mainly divided into three functional areas as follows

Function Area 1: Demonstration area for parts and components. This area clearly shows the components of the engine management system. It can accurately represent the working conditions of engine components under different engine working conditions in combination with adjustable speed crankshaft flywheel signal wheel and camshaft signal wheel so that the students can master the composition and working characteristics of the engine management system in an intuitive manner.

Function Area 2: Signal acquisition and excitation and fault simulation area. This area enables signal collection of each input and output circuit of the electric control unit. It can also stimulate the sensor signal and enable the fault simulation test of the signal circuit or output control circuit for open circuit.

Function Area 3: Calibration software operation and display area. This area mainly consists of an integrated computer with embedded authorized calibration software. The users can observe the changes of the relevant variables of the electronic control unit and modify related calibration parameters with the calibration software.
