About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
i.. About The Product
The device adopts the real components of gasoline engine’s electronic control system to illustrate the control system's structure and working process. The device applies to engine electronic control system and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions
ii. Features
1.Real and operable engine electronic control system to imitate rotation of an engine crankshaft and illustrate the electronic control system's structure and working process, including spark plug ignition, oil pump operation and fuel injections.
2.The training panel is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moisture proof. Its surface are processed by special craft and spraying primer. Never fade. Completely spanish, color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the diagram and the real object.
3.Detection terminals are installed on the training panel. On the bench, operators can detect resistance, voltage, current, and signals of components of the electronic control system.
4.The training panel is installed with diagnosis socket, which can connect to automobile decoder to read fault codes and clears fault codes from the engine electrical control system.
5.The training panel's base frame is made of steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed and a 40 cm2 tabletop is fixed on the base frame to place materials and light testing devices.
6.Instead of using accumulators and requiring charging, the training panel connects to a 220V AC voltage which changes to a 12 V DC voltage through the internal circuit. The 12V DC voltage protects the training panel against short circuit.
7.Equipped with wireless intelligent fault setting and appraisal system software, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions, etc. Through this, the teacher and student interfaces are separated.Teachers enter the teacher interface to provide test paper and the students answer questions on the ordinary interface. And all the function are done through the wireless tablet.
8.The training panel contains the Toyota CAN BUS net work communication function. Some related engine sensors are included, like MAF sensor and oxygen sensor.

2) Air supply circuit
Through adding one small fan before the glass pipe between throttle body and air flow meter to simulate inlet air flow and through this to judge if the air is in or not from fan rotate or not rotate.

5)  Additional function with adding parts
One speed adjusting motor to control crankshaft position sensor to simulate the maximum speed limiter
RPM can be clearly demonstrated by the dashboard
Opening time period: All the opening angle of the injector is the same but the detailed injector opening time is different according to the injection pulse through checking from oscilloscope.
Through adding one fuel volume meter on the rail to get four injectors injected fuel volume.

The water temperature sensor simulator will be added to simulate the relationship between water temperature and the injedction volume.When water temperature is low, the injection volume is big; When it is high, then the volume is small.
The Signals of the Injector, of the Valve of the Sensor and the Position of the Valve, can be measured
