About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
i. About the product
The device adopts the real components of common rail electronically-controlled diesel engine electronic fuel injection system to illustrate engine fuel injection system's structure and working process with high pressure pump and electronic injectors. The device applies to engine fuel injection system and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.
ii. Features
  • Real and operable common rail diesel engine fuel injection system to illustrate the structure and working process. Rolling crankshaft position signal wheel, common rail diesel sequential simultaneous injection.
  • The teach board has color circuit and working principle completely Spanish diagrams, covered by a 4 mm thick aluminium plastic plate. Students can compare the diagram and actual items to learn and analyze the working principle of the electronic fuel injection system.
  • Detection terminals/circuits are installed on the teaching board. On the panel, operators can detect resistance, voltage, current, and signals of components of the electronic fuel injection system through the 4 mm detection terminals.
  • The teaching board is installed with diagnosis socket connecting dedicated or universal automobile decoder. The diagnosis socket reads fault codes, clears fault codes, and reads data stream from the engine electrical control system.
  • The teaching board's base frame is made of steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed and a 40cm2 tabletop is fixed on the base frame to place materials and light testing devices.
  • The teaching board uses ordinary A.C. 220V power, which will  be transformed into 12V direct current. It requires no battery. The 12V direct current supply has anti-short-circuit function.
  • Equipped with wireless intelligent fault setting and appraisal system software, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc. Through this, The teacher and student interfaces are separated. Teachers enter the teacher interface to provide test paper and the students answer questions on the ordinary interface. And all the function are done through the wireless tablet.

       detailed injector’s code through ECU to achieve immobilizing function.
