About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
Powered by an adjustable speed three phase induction motor, the device is designed based on the Toyota A341E electronically- controlled automatic transmission to illustrate the position, start up in neutral, drive shift and reverse gear. It can illustrate the structure and working principle of electronically-controlled automatic transmission; The device applies to automobile transmission and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

1.Real and operable electronically-controlled automatic transmission, driven by an adjustable speed three phase induction motor, to illustrate the position, start up in neutral, drive shift and reverse gear, and illustrate the structure and working process of the automatic transmission. 2.Through rated largest current on the motor label plate of the inverter, it uses electronic heat overload relay to prevent the motor from overload. To prevent mechanical device startup/impacts when the motor is switched off, it can realize progressive speedup/slowdown by making proper settings on the inverter. 3.The training bench is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft and spraying primer. Never fade color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the diagram and the real object. 4.Detection terminals are installed on the training bench. On the bench, operators can detect various detectors, executors, electrical signals of control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals. 5.The training bench is installed with dashboard, pressure meters to illustrate changes of parameters including the engine speed, driving speed, gear positions of the transmission and master oil canal pressure. 6.The training bench is installed with diagnosis socket, which can connect to automobile decoder to read fault codes and clears fault codes from the engine's automatic transmission electronically-controlled system. 7.The training bench is installed with electromagnetic valve indicator lights of the automatic transmission to illustrate working conditions of electromagnetic valves. 8.The training bench is installed with protectors for the motor, output shaft and other components. 9.The training bench s base frame is made in steel and paint is sprayed on the surface. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the bench is flexible, reliable and endurable. 10.Equipped with intelligent fault setting and appraisal system, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc.
