Basic Configuration
The device is designed based on Toyota Vios hydraulic brake system (front disc brake and rear drum brake) to fully demonstrates how the auto brake system is composed and operates.The device applies to auto braking system and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions
1.The brake pressure gauges are separately installed by function on the training bench, realizing visual observation of operating state of each brake actuator in the system.
2.Really simulate the stop state with handbrake, demonstrating the operating principle of handbrake.
3.Movable bench is welded with high-strength steel structure with the surface treated by coating process. Self-locking trundle is installed at the bottom of movable bench, facilitating teaching.
4.Fully provided with functions necessary for teaching of structure demonstration, operation simulation and assembling and disassembling training of auto braking system. This training set features complete functions, easy operation, safe and reliable.
