The device adopts the Volkswagen Jetta 1.6L complete gasoline engine, manual transmission with gear shift lever, clutch, air-conditioning system, steering system, suspension system, brake system, dashboard, fuses, relays, welding chassis, and other related components to illustrate the structure and working process of major system.
1.Complete and operable systems from original vehicle are adopted.
2.The accelerator pedal, brake pedal, hand brake, gear shift lever are installed, trainees can drive the training car slowly in school.
3.Through observing the external structure and familiar with the components, trainees can learn and analyze the connection, layout and working principle of main components, oil pipes, and circuits.
4.Equipped with wireless fault-setting and appraisal system by tablet PC.
