About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The device is designed based on the Volkswagen Passat Electrical System to fully demonstrates how the dashboard system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system, auto door lock system, electric power window system, audio system, air-conditioning system and ignition system are composed and operate. The device applies to automobile electrical system and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.
1.Welded vehicle body is placed in the same way as the real vehicle: The real vehicle's fuse, relay box and wiring harness are applied to such control devices as steering wheel assembly, ignition switch, hazard light switch, brake light switch, reverse light switch, headlight switch, automotive dashboard, audio assembly, auto air-conditioning system assembly, interior light, air-conditioning ventilation duct, OBD II diagnostic socket, etc.
2.Starter module: As a module (200 × 100 mm) fixed and formed with special processes and placed on the left side of the front housing of the Training Set, the starter module is used to demonstrate the operating conditions of starting system dynamically by operating ignition switch, facilitating the teaching and knowledge by trainees.
3.Three generator module: As a module fixed and formed with special processes and placed on the left side of front housing of the training set, the generator (sharing one motor with air condition compressor) is driven by the 3 kW three-phase asynchronous motor, realizing simulating rotation of engine in real time. Its function is to dynamically detect whether the charging system operates properly and enhances capacity of electrical equipment.
4.Engine ignition/fuel injection module: Placed on the right side of the Training Set, this module is composed of ignition components, fuel injection components, throttle valve assembly, air flow meter assembly, intake air simulation small fan and engine control unit, displayed in real vehicle's dashboard. It can real-time display variation of various dynamic and static parameters of engine control system in real time. This module can be connected with the special decoder through the real vehicle's OBD II diagnostic decoder to perform such tests as fault code reading, fault code clearing, dynamic data flow reading and waveform analysis on the electronic control system and anti-theft system of engine.
5.Wiper system: The wiper system is composed of the real vehicle's wiper motor, linkage and relay, and is operated as the real vehicle, normally demonstrating the operating state of clearance gear, low gear and high gear.
6.Lighting system: The lighting system is composed of left and right headlight assembly; left and right fog light assembly; side light; left and right taillight assembly; license plate light, etc. which are placed and fixed in the same way as the real vehicle. This system, with the real vehicle's light functions, normally demonstrates the operating principle of real vehicle's lighting system, suitable for the teaching of principle and hands-on operation of lighting system.
7.Auto door control module: This module is composed of car door control elements, including such real vehicle's door components as left- and right-front door locks, left- and right-front window lifting elements, left- and right-rear door locks, left- and right-rear window lifting elements, and audio speakers. Meanwhile, the schematic circuit diagram of car door control module, real vehicle's handles, etc. are added externally. Its function is to dynamically demonstrate the operating conditions of car door window lifters, door control units, etc. by operating the real vehicle's switch.
8.Rear-view mirror system: The left and right rear view mirrors and operating switches are fixed for this system in the same way as the real vehicle. This system is operated properly with real vehicle's functions, demonstrating various regulating functions of electric rear-view mirrors, which features highly visual and strongly operational.
9.Audio system: The car audio (including functions of radio/CD broadcasting), left-front door audio speaker, right-front door audio speaker, left-rear door audio speaker, right-rear door audio speaker, antenna, etc. are fixed for this system in the same way as the real vehicle. This system is operated properly with real vehicle's functions, demonstrating radio broadcasting, CD broadcasting through speakers.
10.Dashboard signal system: The dashboard is fixed for this system in the same way as the real vehicle, which normally display all signal parameters including turning of left and right lights, engine rotational speed, fuel level, etc., featuring highly visual and easy understanding.
11. Air conditioning and refrigeration system: This system is fixed in the front housing of the Training Set in the same way as  the real vehicle, which consists of air conditioning evaporator, condenser, drier, expansion valve, compressor, etc. necessary for its proper operation. The compressor is driven by the 3 kW three-phase asynchronous motor. This system, operated as the real vehicle is, truly demonstrates the self-regulating speed, blowing rate and temperature of air-conditioner by starting switch and simulates the whole self-regulating process of interior air-conditioner cooling in real time, realizing visual understanding of the structure of air-conditioning system and air-conditioner cooling process by trainees.
12.Equipped with intelligent fault setting and appraisal system, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc
