About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The system is based on the vehicle active headlight. It consists of metal stand, training panel, control board, height sensor at the front and rear, simulated vehicle speed sensor, simulated engine speed sensor, engine speed meter, vehicle speed meter, one engine revolution meter, switching power supply, steering wheel, headlight switch, ignition switch, circuit principle diagram, program download interface.

1. Able to realize the functions of the original vehicle AFS, by simulating changes of vehicle speed, front and rear height sensors and steering angle.
2. When the vehicle speed is within the range of 0-70 km/h, the side fill light works. When the vehicle speed doesn’t exceed 10 km/h, the light doesn’t rotate with the direction. When the vehicle speed exceeds 10 km/h, the light starts to rotate with the rotation of steering wheel. When the vehicle speed exceeds 80 km/h, the high beam mode active the extended-distance lighting, to make the light shine further.
3. The front and rear height sensor changes up and down, the light changes accordingly. The steering wheel turns to the left or right, the light changes accordingly. The maximum steering angle of the inner light is 22 degrees, and the maximum steering angle of the outer light is 15 degrees.
4. Demonstrate the function of AFS by analyzing the 5 working conditions.
5. Familiar with the working principles of AFS through the study of circuit diagram.
6. It’s installed with detection terminals to directly detect voltage, current, resistance, waveform.
7. It converts AC 220V power into DC 12V and 5V for panel works. The DC 12V and 5V protects the equipment against short circuit.
8. Lockable casters are installed on base frame to make it stable and movable.
9. The language for this equipment can be English or customized language.
10. The equipment is provided with operation manual, it’s helpful for training and learning.
11. Equipped with wireless fault-setting and appraisal system by tablet PC.
12. Compliance with ISO and CE standards.

1. Familiar with the structure of the headlight: two motors vertically and horizontally, one high beam and low beam flap, two hall sensors, one xenon headlight, one side fill light, one driving light.
2. Familiar with the circuit principle of the headlight.
3. Familiar with the composition of the control switch.
4. Familiar with the conditions that need to be met for AFL (Adaptive Front Light) and DHL (Dynamic Headlamp Leveling).
5. Familiar with the relationship between light adaptive, vehicle speed, front and rear height sensors and steering angle.
6. Familiar with the working conditions of side fill light when turning.
7. Familiar with the operation method of headlight.
