i. About The Product(FXB-X02204)
The electric power steering gear and front axle assembly of Toyota Corolla dual-engine 1.8L original hybrid vehicle are selected as the basis for production, which fully shows the composition and working process of the electric power steering system and the front axle suspension system of the hybrid vehicle. The device truly presents the connection control relationship, installation position and operating parameters between the hybrid power system and the electric power steering system.
Through driving the OBD diagnostic interface of the training platform, the special diagnostic instrument can be used to read the fault code, read the data flow, and clear the fault code of the EPS electronic control system. The training bench is equipped with a wireless intelligent fault setting module, which can set the lines of the electronic control system, the actuator lines and the sensor lines through the mobile phone or tablet computer to cut off the lines, short circuit to the ground, poor line contact and occasional fault of the lines.
The training panel is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fire-resistant, and moisture-resistant. The surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer, and the circuit diagram of the electric power assist system is painted on the panel using the UV inkjet process. The trainees can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the physical object to understand and analyze the working principle of the electric power steering system. The detection terminals are installed on the circuits of circuit diagram controller, sensor and actuator, which is convenient for the trainees to measure the signals of voltage, current, waveform and resistance, etc. It can analyze and troubleshoot the corresponding faults according to the schematic diagram, and improve and cultivate the students' ability to analyze and deal with the faults of the EPS system of the new energy hybrid vehicles. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions for the integration of vehicle theory and practice.  

ii. Features

1. The main components are installed on the bench, and the electrical connection method is the same as that of the real car. It can be easily disassembled after power failure, so that students can master the disassembly and assembly points of EPS system components during the learning process (according to the overall wiring requirements, some fuses and relays are moved to on the corresponding stand).

2. After communicating with the drive system, it can realize the change of torque steering power under different working conditions of low speed and high speed according to the speed of the drive system.

3. With the help of the original factory data, the main component functions and pin definitions are fully described on the device.

4. The panel fully displays the working principle diagram of the EPS system, and installs the detection terminals. With the help of a multimeter and an oscilloscope, the parameter changes in various states can be detected in real time.

5. The training bench is also equipped with an electric power steering gear, which is displayed in a separate anatomical way, so as to clearly understand the internal structure and principle logic of the electric power steering gear.

6.  The training bench is welded and assembled with high-strength carbon steel. After the carbon steel is derusted, the exterior is painted by high temperature electrostatic powder spraying process. There are 4 casters installed at the bottom of the training bench, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the caster has a self-locking device, which can fix the position.

7. The training bench is equipped with the original maintenance manual, which can train students to use the supporting tools for vehicle maintenance and master the methods of troubleshooting.

8. Equipped with a wireless intelligent fault setting module, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point. The main components are led out of the detection port, and they are directly detected at the fault location to master the fault handling ability.
