About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
I. Product overview
This online detecting teaching aid car is modified from a brand new performable FAW Toyota Prius 2012 1.8L standard passenger car, enabling real-time detection and diagnosis of engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electro continuously variable transmission(ECVT) control unit, smart ECU control unit, high-voltage accumulator ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, automatic air conditioning control unit, static signals. It is applicable for the teaching demands on theories and maintenance training of electricgasoline hybrid vehicle in middle and higher vocational colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.
 

II. Functional features:
1. Intact vehicle structure and complete control systems, sensors and actuators; running in a good state;
2. Dynamic and static signals can be displayed via the instruments on the previous vehicle (e.g., screen of indicator of hybrid power system, fuel consumption record screen, energy monitor screen, speed, gear, and indicators for working conditions);
3. Vacuum meter, fuel pressure gauge, high/low pressure gauge for air conditioner installed in the driving cab to display real-time dynamic data during vehicle running;
4. Working parameters of sensors and actuators in electronic control system are displayed with luminescent tube or digital meter;
5. To build "training bench for vehicle detecting" for training on the following control systems:

◆ Hybrid power control unit
◆ Electro continuously variable transmission (ECVT) control unit
◆ Smart ECU control unit, high-voltage
◆ High-voltage battery ECU control unit
◆ Traction control system (TRC) unit

6. "Training bench for vehicle detecting" is connected with the vehicle through special harness. After disconnection, the vehicle shall maintain complete functions.
7. Instruction board is made of 4 mm advanced aluminum plate which is of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, anti-pollution, fire resistance and moisture resistance, the surface of which is processed with special spraying primer; the panel is printed with fadeless color circuit diagram and the surface is sprayed with varnish; students can intuitively compare the control circuit and the real objects of engine, high-voltage frequency converter and inverter, electro continuously variable transmission, smart ECU control unit, highvoltage accumulator, traction control system (TRC) and automatic air conditioner to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
8. Detecting terminals on the panel of the training bench enables direct training on engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electro continuously variable transmission (ECVT) control unit, smart ECU control unit, high-voltage accumulator ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, automatic air conditioning control unit, static signals.
9. Diagnostic socket on the bench may be connected with special or universal auto decoders and perform such self-diagnostic functions as fault code reading and clearing, and data flow reading on the electronic control systems of engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electro continuously variable transmission (ECVT) control unit, smart ECU control unit, high-voltage accumulator ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, automatic air conditioning control unit.
10. Bench panel is made of 1.5 mm molded aluminum frame structure, which is beautiful in appearance; chassis part is welded with steel structure, the surface is processed with spraying, the chassis is equipped with a self-locking casters device.
