I. Product Introduction
This product is solar cell and photovoltaic off-grid system training bench, which is composed of a real operational solar power generation system.The function and control method of this training bench are exactly the same as the actual solar off-grid photovoltaic system used.It truly presents the connection control relationship, installation mode and operation parameters of the solar off-grid photovoltaic system, as well as various matters needing attention.The training bench also focuses on training students' basic ability to analyze and deal with the problems of photovoltaic system.

II. Functional Features

1)This training bench is composed of a real operational solar power generation system,which reflects the connection status of solar panels,solar controllers,solar energy storage devices,inverters and other main components of the solar power generation system, as well as the connection relationship between the components.

2) The test terminal installed in the training bench can detect the output voltage of solar energy and observe the change of output voltage under different lighting conditions. Through the solar controller, the battery can be charged and the charging current can be detected. All kinds of energy related input real-time parameters on the bench can also be observed.It can make students deeply understand the power generation process of solar power generation system.

3) The energy storage device of the training bench can store the solar energy in the form of charging for later use.The load equipment on the bench is solar discharge equipment, including DC load and AC load. The device introduces the storage and release process of solar energy in detail.Students can learn how solar energy is used by people.

4) The voltage inverter on the bench can convert the stored solar energy into a common power supply of 220 V 50 Hz, which can drive 200 W electrical appliances.

5) The panel of the training bench is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic plate, which is resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire and moisture.The surface of the panel is sprayed with primer by special process.The panel is printed with color circuit diagram which will never fade, and the surface is sprayed with varnish. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the electronic controlled dual fuel engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.

6) The training bench is equipped with main power switch, protective cover, insulating sheath and other installation protection devices.

7) The base of the training bench is welded with steel structure,which surface is treated with spraying process. It is equipped with self-locking caster device, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
