1. Intact vehicle structure and complete control systems, sensor and actuator, running in a good state;
2. Dynamic and static signals can be displayed via the instruments on the previous vehicle (e.g. energy monitor screen, speed, gear, and indicators for working conditions);
3. To build "training bench for vehicle detecting" for training on the following control systems:

4. "Training bench for vehicle detecting" is connected with the vehicle through special harness. After disconnection, the vehicle shall maintain complete functions.
5. Training bench is made of 4 mm advanced aluminum plate which is of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, anti-pollution, fire resistance and moisture resistance, the surface of which is processed with special spraying primer; the panel is printed with fadeless color circuit diagram and the surface is sprayed with varnish; students can intuitively compare the control circuit and original vehicle to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
6. Detecting terminals on the panel of the training bench enables direct training on combination instrument control unit, gateway control unit, P shift motor control unit, motor control unit, shift control unit, car charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, and highvoltage battery ECU control unit in the original vehicle.
7. Diagnostic socket on the bench can be connected with special or universal auto decoders and perform such self-diagnostic functions as fault code reading and clearing, and data flow reading on the electronic control systems of combination instrument control unit, gateway control unit, P shift motor control unit, motor control unit, shift control unit, car charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, and high-voltage battery ECU control unit.
8. Bench panel is made of 1.5 mm molded aluminum frame structure, which is beautiful in appearance; chassis part is welded with steel structure, the surface is processed with spraying, the chassis is equipped with a self-locking casters device.
