About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
I. Product overview
The equipment adopts physical BEV driving system to truthfully demonstrate the structural composition and working process of BEV
driving system. It is applicable for the teaching demands of BEV driving system in middle and higher vocational colleges, general
education colleges and training institutions.
II. Functional features
1. Physical and operable BEV driving system can fully demonstrate the structural composition and working process of BEV driving
system.
2. Training bench panel is made of 4 mm advanced aluminum plate which is of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, antipollution,
fire resistance and moisture resistance and the surface of which is processed with special spraying primer; the panel is
printed with fadeless color circuit diagram with the surface sprayed with varnish; students can directly compare the control circuit
and the real object, and understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
3. Motormeter is installed on training bench panel for real-time display of changes of such parameters as power transmission
process, vehicle speed and fault indicator of electric control system.
4. The panel of training bench is equipped with detection terminals which can directly on the panel detect electronic signal of pins
on each control unit, such as the resistance, voltage, current and frequency signal.
5. The training bench is fitted with throttle control unit convenient for acceleration and deceleration of BEV driving system.
6. The training bench is equipped with such protection equipment as battery main switch, flywheel shield.
7. The base (with self-locking trundle) of training bench adopts steel structure with surface treated by painting process, featuring
movement agility, safety, reliability and durability.
