FXB-X04363 Hall Current Sensor Training Bench
About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
It adopts hall current sensor which equipped for mainstream electric car. It provided with two units hall current sensor, one unit is cutaway and the other one is used for measurement. It allows students to master the working principle of hall current sensor.

1. It adopts hall current sensor which equipped for mainstream electric car, this sensor is same to the sensor which used in power battery pack. It’s mounted on insulating plate, to detect the change rule between magnitude of current and output signal in the power-on state.

2. The cutaway hall current sensor is used for showing the internal structure.

3. The training panel is painted with working principle of hall current sensor and cautions.

4. Installed with discharging PTC discharging module to simulate strong current.

5. Strong current circuit is connected by quick connection. Use specialized wrench to disassemble and change the circuit flow direction, and change the magnitude of tested current.

6. By changing the high current winding cycles, and change the magnitude of current which go through the hall current sensor. Then measure the output voltage changes, it helps to understand the working process of hall current sensor.

7. The training bench is installed with four lockable casters, it ensures that the training bench is moveable and can be fixed.
