About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The device adopts one original automotive supercapacitor module, which consists of 18 automotive supercapacitors in series, with a rated voltage of 48V and a rated capacity of 165F. Through the safety measurement of the supercapacitor voltage in different sections of the module, trainees can understand the series composition of automotive supercapacitor modules. It has a matched charger and a safe discharge device to help students master the detection of the charging and discharging process of automobile supercapacitors, which is suitable for learning and understanding of automobile supercapacitors of vocational technology academy.

1. One mainstream original car supercapacitor module is generally composed of 18 automotive supercapacitors in series with low internal resistance and high power, and its rated voltage is 48V and rated capacity is 165F. With the help of the automotive-specific clamp meter, it can safely measure the voltage of different supercapacitor, and help trainees to understand the series composition of automotive supercapacitor modules.
2. The training bench is equipped with an adjustable DC regulated power supply, and the voltage can be adjusted. With the help of an adjustable DC regulated power supply, the automotive supercapacitor module can be recharged. And the voltage change of the supercapacitor during the charging process can be measured with the help of the matching clamp meter for automobiles.
3. The training bench is equipped with the matching outer rotor hub permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system to realize the discharge process of the automobile supercapacitor. And the voltage change of the supercapacitor during the discharge process can be measured with the help of the specific clamp meter.
4. Equipped with a single supercapacitor. The internal resistance and insulation of a single supercapacitor can be measured with the help of the specific clamp meter and insulation tester.
5. Equipped with a single sectioned supercapacitor to help students understand the internal structure and composition of automobile supercapacitor.
6. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. A three-dimensional anatomical map is drawn on the teaching board which is placed vertically to introduce the composition, structure and basic parameters of this type of power battery module.
7. The main material of the training bench is made of 40*40 aluminum alloy, which is artistic and solid. There are four casters at the bottom, which can move flexibly. And the casters have self-locking devices, which can fix the position.
8. The training bench is equipped with a automotive specific clamp meter and a high-voltage test pen, which are used to measure the voltage, current and other parameters of the control line.
9. (Optional) The training bench is equipped with a teaching resource package software for the structural composition of new energy vehicle parts, which adopts a three-dimensional animation mode to describe the structural composition of automobile supercapacitors in detail. Each main component can be opened by clicking, and has basic parameters and performance descriptions. The intelligent courseware is installed with a U disk, and can be played directly after being inserted into the computer, which is suitable for practical teaching.
