It adopts the self-developed 7KW national standard AC charging. After transparent display, the real object of the charging control system is truly presented on the panel of the training bench, and the connection control relationship between the core components of the AC charging is highlighted by corresponding to the circuit schematic diagram. It can carry out cognitive teaching of plug-in electric vehicle charging system structure, charging voltage detection, charging current detection, and common fault detection and diagnosis teaching of charging system. After training, the trainees can cultivate their ability to use AC charging and fault analysis and handling. The device applies to the teaching needs of practical training on the use and maintenance of AC charging of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

1. Based on the national standard charging system, the training bench planarizes the AC slow charging interface, slow charging harness, on-board charger, power battery and other circuits. Key signals can be measured, and faults can be set for key components and circuits.
2. The training bench is equipped with a system circuit schematic board, and a light-emitting diode light strip is arranged in the protective layer of the high-voltage wiring harness. After power-on, the direction of the current can be displayed by the LED light strip. 
3. The training bench is equipped with a 24-inch touch device and built-in human-computer interaction software of national standard charging system. It has the function of charging information display. The output status includes output voltage, output current, charging temperature, etc.. The control pilot signal includes CP frequency, CP duty ratio, rated current, CP voltage, etc.. And it can also display charging time, charging power, consumption amount, fault code and other information.
4. With the charging information display function, it can display the output status of the charging system, output current, charging temperature, output voltage, CP frequency, CP duty cycle, CP voltage, charging time, charging power, consumption amount, fault code and other information in detail.
5. The starting charging interface can choose automatic charging, charging by power, charging by time, charging by amount, and has the function of vehicle 3D dynamic rotation.
6. It has the function of fault inquiry, that is, it reflects the fault status of the charging through the green and red status of the charging icon.
7. The human-computer interaction interface of the charging system has the functions of fault setting and data inquiry, which can set faults for the internal CP circuit, smart meter, working status indicator, card reader, temperature sensor and other circuits of the charging.
8. The main board of the charging system has CAN bus interface, meter communication interface, credit card billing communication interface, PC communication interface, AC voltage fast measurement module, emergency stop detection interface, temperature detection interface, CP signal interface, isolated network interface, 4G module communication circuit interface , bluetooth interface, WIFI interface, etc.. The device panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the high-voltage AC L, N, PE signals of the distribution box on the panel, the one-way circuit breaker input and output high-voltage signals, and the surge protector L, N , PE signal, charging side plug L, N, PE, connection confirmation CC, control confirmation CP and other signals.

Equipped with Android + Windows dual-mode fault setting system: Based on Android system or windows system and wireless network (WiFi), the system designs the intelligent fault setting and assessment system as APP software that can run on any Android smartphone or windows PC, and uses the WiFi networking function of mobile phone or PC to communicate wirelessly with the training bench or teaching board equipped with remote fault setting control system module
