I. Product overview
The equipment is a PC-based diagnosis instrument consisting of GTS software and vehicle
interface module (VIM).
II. Functional features
1. Diagnosis function
◆ Health check: namely one-button checkup, including diagnosis and inspection of DTC, DTC
time label, FFD, monitor state and ECU communications (including programming ID); during
health checkup, ECU is classified based on "system areas" such as "transmission system",
"chassis" and "body electrical". Users can diagnose ECU in specific system area via "health
check" to cut required checking time.
◆ DTC and FFD (viewing and using): DTC data displays DTC data of the system selected on
"System Selection Menu"; FFD selects DTC data with icons on "DTC List" and viewing is
available by double clicking relevant icon or clicking "FFD Button".
◆Active test: Active test function can enable positive drive of relay, actuator and solenoid coil. If
operation is normal during active measurement, it can be determined that circuits from ECU to
relay, actuator and solenoid coil are normal.
◆Data stream (viewing, using, data comparison and fuel consumption monitoring): Data stream
monitors in the way of data or icon ECU data of the system selected on system selection
screen.
◆OBD-II (monitor state): universal OBD-II is used vehicle fault diagnosis and removal (not limited
to Toyota)
◆MPX bus check: When performing MPX bus check, the list of all ECUs connected to CAN bus
can be displayed.
◆DLC-3 cable check: This function enables quick check of normal operation of DLC-3 terminal
communications.
◆Check mode: When entering check mode, DTC with two travel checking logics is allowed in one
travel.
