i. About The Product (FXB-X16780-DCC)
The self-developed national standard DC charging pile training bench, through a transparent plane display, presents the actual charging pile control system on the training panel, which corresponds to the circuit schematic diagram, and highlight the connection control relationship between the core components of the DC charging pile. It can carry out cognitive teaching of plug-in electric vehicle charging system structure, and teaching of common fault detection and diagnosis of charging system. The test bench system integrates the charging pile characteristic test function, which can measure the output voltage, current, power of the charger, and the electric energy of the charger. The charging pile is equipped with matching vehicle-end protocol communication, which can output any voltage of 10-100V. The vehicle-end protocol module is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, which directly displays the current charging data. And it can configure and set voltage parameters, current parameters, maximum allowable voltage, load control, charging mode selection, charging time and SOC value settings, BMS parameters, charger parameters, etc. The teaching panel adopts an integrated design, which is simple and elegant. The overall structure adopts a combination of iron and sheet metal, which is durable, safe and reliable. ii. Features

1. The training bench is based on the national standard DC charging pile, and planarize the DC charging interface, DC charging harness, high-voltage battery pack, control main board, electric energy meter, contactor and other system circuits. The key signals can be measured, and the key components and circuits can be set with faults, so that the students can truly understand the control process of the DC charging system, that is, how to wake up the system, how to control the relay, and how to monitor the charging process.

2. The working status of the training bench can be judged by the color of the indicator light: Normal idle: green, On failure: red, When the gun is ready: blue breathing light, When communicating with an on-board charger: color, When normal charging: light blue flowing water light.

3. The training bench is equipped with the circuit schematic panel of the charging pile terminal and the vehicle control terminal. The students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the real object to understand and analyze the working process and control strategy. At the same time, the system can perform fault settings.

4. The bench is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop the operation of the equipment with one key in an emergency.

5. Arrange light-emitting diode strips in the protective layer of the high-voltage wiring harness. When there is current in the wiring harness, the LED strips can be used to display the direction of the DC charging current.

10. Fault query interface: the green and red status of the charging pile icon reflects the fault status of the charging pile, and the fault name is directly displayed in the fault state.

11. The human-computer interaction interface of the charging system has the functions of fault setting and data query. It can set the fault of CC1 circuit, electric meter communication circuit, indicator light communication circuit, card reader grounding circuit, pulse electronic lock elf circuit, charging gun s + circuit and other circuits in the charging system.

12. The main board of the charging system has CAN bus interface, meter communication interface, credit card billing communication interface, PC communication interface, insulation detection circuit interface, emergency stop detection interface, CC1 isolation measurement interface, gun seat temperature detection interface, gun lock control and detection interface, DC contactor control circuit interface, etc.

13. The training bench is equipped with a charging load device. The high-power aluminum shell resistance is used to simulate the load of the power battery pack for charging, and the normal charging process can be realized without connecting the charging pile to the vehicle. The simulated load aluminum shell resistance is not less than 2 pieces and the heat dissipation fan is used for heat dissipation, and the discharge current is 2a and 4A respectively.

14. Equipped with a vehicle-end signal communication module and a data display screen, which can display the charging stage status, demand voltage, demand current, maximum charging voltage, maximum charging current, and charging mode of the charging pile in real time, current power SOC value, output voltage, output current, output power, accumulated power, BMS parameter setting, charger parameter display and other functions.

15. Equipped with Android + Windows dual-mode fault setting system. The system is based on Android (Android) system and wireless network (WIFI), and the intelligent fault setting and assessment system is designed to be compatible with any Android (Android) system smartphon. The APP software running on the mobile phone or PC uses the WIFI networking function of the mobile phone or PC to conduct wireless communication with the training bench or teaching board equipped with the remote fault setting control system module.
