The original BYD 7KW AC charging pile is selected, which has the characteristics of quick connection, simple operation, high efficiency, energy saving, no pollution, and high intelligence. Through transparent demonstration, the real object of charging pile control system is presented on the training platform panel. By corresponding with the circuit schematic diagram, the connection and control relationship between the core components of AC charging pile is highlighted. It can be used for cognitive teaching of charging system structure of plug-in electric vehicles, charging voltage detection, charging current detection, and common fault detection and diagnosis teaching of charging system, so as to cultivate students’ ability of using AC charging piles and fault analysis and processing. It is applicable to the teaching needs of the use and maintenance of AC charging piles in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, colleges of general education and training institutions.

(1) On the basis of BYD original vehicle charging system, the training platform planarizes the circuits such as slow charging interface, slow charging wiring harness, vehicle charger, power battery, etc. Key signals can be measured, and key components and circuits can be set for failure, which really enables students to experience the control process of the system, that is, how to wake up the system, how to control the relay, and how to monitor the charging process.
(2) The training platform is equipped with system circuit schematic board. Students can understand and analyze the working process and control strategy directly by comparing the circuit diagram with the real object. Meanwhile, the system can be set for failure.
(3) The platform is equipped with a high-power electrical load loading device, and different loads can be selected through a stop switch.
(4) The LED strip is arranged in the protective layer of the high-voltage wiring harness. When there is a current in the wiring harness, the LED strip can be used to show the direction of the current.
(5) The system is equipped with charging voltage display meter, charging current display meter, charging gun temperature, power battery battery temperature, and other display devices.
(6) It is equipped with Android system fault setting system, which can set the faults of smart charging piles.
(7) The training platform is equipped with 4 3-inch jujube red mute self-locking casters, and the equipment is light and flexible to move.
