The ADAS comprehensive technology training bench is developed based on mainstream models, and the teaching and training functions are closer to the existing ADAS advanced driving assistance function vehicles.The training platform adopts hardware-in-the-loop technology, and interactively integrates CARLA automatic driving simulation software and ADAS hardware to complete specific ADAS training functions.It can realize vehicle collision warning, lane line detection, fatigue monitoring, blind spot warning, electric seat and other functions.Systematic maintenance, testing, debugging, calibration and other tests can be carried out on related systems. It is easier for trainees to master their hands-on ability of assembly and maintenance, failure analysis and failure handling ability. It is suitable for the teaching needs of the study of intelligent cabin system theory and maintenance training in middle and high vocational technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

1. Lane departure and vehicle collision warning functions: display real-time road condition simulation, lane departure warning, vehicle collision warning and the other information transmitted by the lane departure warning system through video display device. The lane departure warning system can realize debugging, calibration, matching and other functions by connecting to a computer. It has CAN signal and digital analog dual-channel vehicle speed signal input function.The vehicle speed range within 0-200 km/h can be freely adjusted by adjusting the duty cycle of the digital signal and using the CAN signal analyzer.
2. Fatigue warning and monitoring function: The system uses an automotive-grade image sensor to capture infrared images of the face and combines the cutting-edge algorithm of the Pentium‖ high-speed signal processor to monitor the driver’s face reaction, so that under normal conditions (except for the driver wearing sunglasses), It can accurately detect the driver's fatigue state, and can send reminders or alarms to the driver in time to ensure the safety of the driver's life and property.
3. Blind spot warning function: Based on two 24G millimeter-wave radars, respectively monitor whether there are vehicles or obstacles in the blind spot behind the intelligent cab. The system can automatically recognize the driver's intention to change lanes, and use sound and light alarms to remind the driver to pay attention to driving safety and prevent accidents.
4、Electric seat: can realize the seat front, rear, high, low, backrest adjustment and other functions.
5. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system based on Android (Android) & Windows dual system and wireless network (WIFI). The wireless intelligent fault setting and appraisal system software, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc. Through this, The teacher and student interfaces are separated. Teachers enter the teacher interface to provide test paper and the students answer questions on the ordinary interface. And all the function are done through the wireless tablet. 
6. The training bench adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, and the 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit function.
7. The training bench is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with spraying technology, with 3-inch self-locking casters for easy movement.
8. The product adopts a cockpit form, using dual-screen display and a curved main screen to simulate road conditions. A secondary screen installed on the side to display camera recognition of road condition information and warning information, driving experience in the middle, and a detection panel with drawn circuit diagram installed at the rear. After starting the system, the steering wheel automatically rotates and calibrates. The system has 5 built-in map environments, keyboard and steering wheel dual operation modes, and has a variety of vehicle selection functions, weather switching functions, viewing angle switching functions, and fault setting functions.
