About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The wire-controlled chassis training bench consists of 48V lithium power battery, battery management system, single-motor wire-controlled drive system, wire-controlled steering system, DBS wire-controlled driving system, wire-controlled lighting system, VCU vehicle controller, chassis electrical system and CAN network communication system, and the training bench drawing circuit diagrams, etc. The wire-controlled drive/steering/brake control system and the executive components have fast response and high feedback accuracy. The panel drawing the circuit diagram can carry out practical training teaching of wire-controlled chassis lighting circuit, practical training teaching of chassis wire-controlled system, practical training teaching of fault detection and repair, practical training assessment and other teaching projects.

With Android + Windows dual-mode WIFI intelligent fault setting and assessment functions, it can set open circuit, short circuit, accidental, poor contact, reverse connection of CAN line and other faults for the main signal circuit of the wire-controlled chassis. And the fault setting system supports the setting of more than 50 fault points. The wireless intelligent fault setting and appraisal system software, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc. Through this, the teacher and student interfaces are separated. Teachers enter the teacher interface to provide test paper and the students answer questions on the ordinary interface. And all the function are done through the wireless tablet.
