About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
I. About the Product:
   It can realize the recognition of the high-voltage structure of the electric air-conditioning system of electric vehicles, the learning of the control principle of the electric air-conditioning system, the training of the high-voltage interlock function, the detection of the bus bar current during the discharge process of the electric air-conditioning system, and the common fault setting and troubleshooting of electric air conditioning system.

II. Functions:

1. The equipment adopts the electric air conditioning system of the original GreatWall Euler pure electric car, which is installed on the bench without changing the relative layout position of the original car. It can visually recognize the main parts such as the electric compressor, PTC heating module, air conditioning evaporation box, air conditioning control module, air conditioning expansion valve, etc. Both the low-voltage control line and the high-voltage power line are original vehicle parts with increased length. The high-voltage power line is orange, with protective bellows, and warning signs are added at the connection. It is strictly prohibited to plug or unplug any high-voltage power line when it is powered on. The equipment can enable the trainees to understand the composition and connection relationship of the training parts of the electric air conditioning system as soon as possible.

2. The electric compressor driven by the air conditioner driver extracts the gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator and presses it into the condenser. When the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant passes through the condenser, it is liquefied for heat exchange (releasing heat), and the heat is taken away by the air outside the vehicle. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant is depressurized by the throttling action of the expansion valve. The low-pressure liquid refrigerant is vaporized in the evaporator for heat exchange (absorbing heat), and the cooled air near the evaporator is blown into the compartment through the blower. The gaseous refrigerant is pumped away by the compressor and pumped into the condenser, so that the refrigerant circulates in a closed way, continuously discharging the heat in the compartment to the outside of the vehicle, and reducing the temperature in the compartment to a suitable temperature. The bench displays the pressure values of the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side during the operation process through special pipelines and instruments, so that students can intuitively understand the changing characteristics of high and low pressure pipelines.

3. The training bench is equipped with a teaching board, which fully displays the working principle diagram of the air conditioning and heating system, and installs detection terminals, with no less than 50 detection terminals. With the help of multimeter and other tools, parameter changes under various states can be detected in real time. The length of the teaching board shall not be less than 1600mm, which can meet the needs of two students' detection and learning in different parts at the same time.

4. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. The platform is placed horizontally, and the main components are installed. Four casters, two universal wheels and two directional wheels are installed at the bottom of the platform, which can move flexibly. Universal casters with self-locking device can be fixed in position. And casters have small rolling resistance and wear resistance.

5.The training bench is also equipped with a mainstream electric vehicle air-conditioning compressor, which is displayed by split slicing, so as to clearly display the internal structure and working method of the electric air-conditioning compressor of the refrigeration system, and the teaching board draws the working principle of the electric air-conditioning refrigeration system.

6. The training platform is also equipped with a mainstream electric vehicle PTC heating module assembly, which is displayed by split slicing, so as to clearly display the internal structure and working method of the PTC heating module assembly of the heating system, and the teaching board draws the intelligent control method of the heating system.

7. The cooling fan and water tank are installed in front of the bench, which is the same as the actual vehicle position, and the blowing hot air will not cause damage to the students' operation.

8. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system on the tablet. Through the mobile WIFI wireless fault setting, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point to master the real vehicle fault handling ability. Wireless fault setting at no less than 10 points.

9. Equipped with mechanical in-situ design, by connecting the replaceable insurance in the middle of the original car wiring harness, the mechanical circuit failure can be realized, and there are no less than 6 mechanical failure points.

10. It can realize high-voltage structure cognition and test training of electric vehicle electric air-conditioning system.

11. It can realize the high-voltage interlock function training and troubleshooting of electric vehicle electric air conditioning system

12. Equipped with training instruction resources matching with the product training project.

13. Equipped with a special clamp meter for new energy vehicles and a high-voltage test pen, which are used to control line voltage, current and other parameters measurement and orange high-voltage loop high-current non-contact measurement.

14. The bottom frame of the training bench is welded with alloy steel profiles, which is solid and reliable, and the size of the main body is not less than 40*40mm. The main profiles on both sides of the front are bent and transited by semicircle arc to ensure the safety of the use process.
