I. About the Product:

It can realize the learning of collision sensor structure cognition and control principle, lighting system structure cognition and control principle, wiper system structure cognition and control principle, central door lock system structure cognition and control principle, electric window lifting system structure cognition and control principle, and electric rearview mirror control system structure cognition and control principle, and the common fault setting and troubleshooting of the original vehicle body control system.

II. Functions:

1. The equipment adopts the original body of GreatWall ORA pure electric car, and the body is partially modified transparently,and the low-voltage control lines are all original car parts, and the length is increased, so as to intuitively recognize the collision sensor, lighting system, wiper system, central door locking system, electric window lifting system, electric rearview mirror control system and other main components. It can enable the trainees to understand the composition and connection relationship of the original body parts as soon as possible.

2. The body is partially dissected without destroying the body structure, and the internal structure such as the collision sensor and the power window lift system is clearly displayed. The section parts include the front hood, left front fender, left front door, left rear door, left rear fender, front bumper and rear bumper.

3. The training bench is equipped with a teaching board, which fully displays the working principle diagram of the body control system, and installs detection terminals, with no less than 100 detection terminals. With the help of tools such as multimeters, the parameter changes in various states can be detected in real time. And the length of the teaching board shall not be less than 1600mm, which can meet the requirements of 4 students' detection and learning at different parts at the same time.

4. The training bench is composed of the original car body and the teaching board. The bottom of the body is connected with the steel structure welding stand, and the stand is equipped with four casters, two universal wheels and two directional wheels, which can move flexibly. And universal casters are equipped with self-locking device, which can fix the position. Casters have small rolling resistance and wear resistance. The teaching board is installed on the alloy steel base, and four casters are also installed, which can be moved independently.

5. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system on the tablet. Through the mobile WIFI wireless fault setting, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point to master the real vehicle fault handling ability.
