About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The motor applied in this motor performance test system is provided with functions such as high efficiency permanent magnet-reluctance synchronization, high torque density, high power density and wide constant power speed regulation. The bench generates the required torque signal through the dynamometer controller, which is transmitted to the test bench control system software through the CAN communication interface to control the test motor controller and the electromagnetic torque of the test motor. The torque sensor collects the torque signal on the shaft and transmits it back to the control system software; the control platform calculates the load motor control signal (consisting of two modes: generating the load motor electromagnetic torque demand signal and generating the load motor speed demand signal) and the control mode selection signal. These signals are sent to the dynamometer control system via CAN signals to control the operation of the load motor.
The stand has the features as follows:
1) High efficiency permanent magnet-reluctance synchronous motor, high torque density, high power density, wide constant power speed regulation.
2) Magnetic field-oriented vector current control with high torque control accuracy, low pulsation.
3) Steady-state speed control accuracy of ± 1rmp, steady-state torque control accuracy of ± 1Nm.
4) Rotary transformer applied for sensing at rotor position, providing strong anti-interference ability and high precision of stall torque control.
5) CAN, RS485, isolated I / O communication.
6) Consummated safety protection function and online fault diagnosis capability.
7) Water cooling applied for dynamometer, providing small size and high power densigy.
8) High integration, high energy efficiency and strong maintainability of dynamometer.

This bench can be applied to implement a number of experimental functions and national standard tests, and meanwhile, the users can define conditions for testing. The bench has experimental functions as follows:
