i. About The Product

ii. Features

1. It is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery pack for pure electric vehicles, with a nominal voltage of 48V and a capacity of 20AH. It is equipped with 16 series of lithium iron phosphate square batteries. The power battery pack is transparently designed, and the internal components and connection methods are intuitive.

2. The power battery pack is equipped with a 10-inch LCD screen, which simultaneously displays the actual value of output current and voltage and the change rule of the 16-cell power battery voltage parameter when the air conditioner is turned on.

3. Select the mainstream pure electric vehicle vortex-type automotive air conditioner electric compressor, high-voltage drive, low noise, adjustable speed, range 1500-3000rpm, rated speed 2300rpm. Condenser, evaporator, high and low pressure pipelines, expansion valve and other refrigeration components are the same as those of pure electric vehicles. In addition, it is equipped with an air-conditioning control panel, which is installed on the right side of the bench.

4. Add high and low pressure pipeline pressure gauges to reproduce the actual pressure changes in the working process of the air conditioning system, so that students can understand the changing rules of high pressure and low pressure in the refrigeration system.

5. Add air inlet and air outlet temperature sensors, reproduce the air inlet and air outlet temperatures in real time, and intuitively understand the temperature change of the air conditioning system.

6. The training platform is equipped with a mainstream electric vehicle PTC heating device with a power of no more than 2KW. The hot air is sent to different parts through the air conditioning blower adjustment device HAVC, which can realize various cab heating functions such as foot blowing and defrosting.

7. The power battery pack of the training platform is equipped with a 12V power switch and an emergency power-off switch, which can cut off the power of the entire system at any time.

8. The training platform is equipped with 4mm aluminum-plastic board, and the teaching board fully displays the working principle of the air conditioning system. There are detection sockets at the low -voltage control connector of the main components. With the help of a multi -meter, the parameter changes in various states are detected in real time. The detection sockets are not less than 8.

9. The training platform is equipped with an intelligent wireless fault setting and assessment system. Send a signal through the mobile APP, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point. The failure phenomenon is open circuit or occasional, and is the main failure of the new energy vehicle, there are no less than 6 failure points. Through troubleshooting contact, master the ability to handle real vehicle faults.

10. The training bench is also equipped with a DS2019-29 automotive-specific clamp meter and a DS2019-28 high-voltage test pen for the new energy vehicle competition. It is used for the measurement of parameters such as control line voltage and current, and the non-contact measurement of orange high-voltage loop high current.

11. The training platform consists of a platform and a teaching board. The platform is placed horizontally and the main components are installed.
