BYD E5 data collector is a data acquisition and display device that assists the maintenance and testing of new energy vehicles. The device collects data through the original protocol and transfers the data to the PC digital and graphical display interface by wireless bluetooth or USB cable. It can display 139 real-time dynamic data of single battery data, battery module data, battery pack assembly data, motor control data, etc., making up the defect that the original decoder cannot read the data of single battery voltage and battery module voltage. The display software is installed in the 70-inch smart mobile platform with electronic whiteboard function. The display interface is clear, providing teachers and students with data analysis and reference for new energy vehicle in new energy courses or maintenance training. It is applicable to the teaching and practical training of new energy vehicles in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, colleges of general education and training institutions.

Understand the real-time changes of the operating state, operating voltage and operating current of the actuators, controllers and sensors of the system such as high-voltage batteries, motor controllers and high-voltage distribution boxes.
