This equipment adopts BYD E5 original electric power steering (EPS) system, which consists of Power steering sensor, electric power steering ECU, motor and power steering mechanical connection. It is real simulation of vehicle electric power steering system. It is holistically demonstrate structures and operation of the BYD E5 EPS system and front axle suspension system. The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the EPS system in secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions. 

1. The main components are installed on the bench, the electrical connection is the same as the real car, which can be easily disassembled after the power is cut off, so that the trainees can master the disassembly points of EPS system components during the process of disassembly and connection.
2. With intelligent switch, reproduction of low speed and high speed steering assistance size can be displayed in the intelligent LCD.
3. The training bench can work alone, 12VDC power supply provided by the switching power supply.
4. With the help of the QR code scanning cable, the main parts functions and pin definitions are fully described on the intelligent mobile platform display.
5. The teaching panel shows the working principle of the EPS system completely and installs the testing terminal. Various parameter changes under different conditions can be detected in real time with multimeter and oscilloscope.
6. The training bench consists of a bench and a teaching panel, the bench is placed horizontally and the main components are installed; the bottom of the training bench is equipped with 4 casters, which are mobile and flexible, and the caster with self-locking device can be fixed in position.
7. Equipped with intelligent fault setting and assessment system, the teacher set the fault, the students analyze and find the fault, the main parts lead to the test port, directly detect in the fault location, to master handling capabilities of the real vehicle fault.
8. The training bench has a manual, with a complete description of the training bench working principle, training subjects, fault settings and removal and other points.
