Select 2 original power battery modules for mainstream new energy pure electric cars, 32 batteries in parallel with 5 strings form a module, a module consists of 32*5=160 cylindrical 18650 ternary lithium batteries, the total rated voltage of the module is 3.65V*5=18.25V. A total of two modules are provided, and the total voltage after series connection is 18.25V*2=36.5V. Through the safety measurement of the voltage of different cells of the module, understand the series-parallel composition of the power battery module. It is suitable for safety measurement of power battery in vocational and technical colleges.

ii. Features

1.Mainstream new energy pure electric car power battery packs (cylindrical cells) are generally composed of more than 10-20 modules in series, with a total voltage of not less than 300V. Two modules are selected for the test bench, and the total voltage of the modules is not higher than 36.5V, which solves the problem that the original power battery pack cannot be directly measured. With the help of the DS2019-29 automotive-specific clamp meter, you can safely measure the voltage of different cells and understand the series-parallel composition of power battery modules.

2. The training bench is equipped with an adjustable DC regulated power supply, and the voltage/current can be adjusted. The regulated power supply is connected to an external 220VAC AC power supply, and the electronic screen displays the voltage/current size, which is convenient for students to observe the specific parameter changes during the charging process. With the help of the adjustable DC stabilized power supply, the single battery can be supplemented. Note that the voltage of the primary battery is measured first during the charging process, and then the voltage is adjusted to be slightly higher than the voltage of the primary battery to supplement the battery.

3. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. The teaching board is placed upright, and a three-dimensional anatomical map is drawn to introduce the composition structure and basic parameters of this type of power battery module.

4. The training bench adopts high-quality alloy welding structure, which is artistic and solid. The bottom has four 4-inch silent casters, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the casters have self-locking devices, which can fix the position.

5. The training bench is equipped with a DS2019-29 automotive-specific clamp meter and a DS2019-28 high-voltage test pen, which are used to control the measurement of parameters such as line voltage and current.

6. The training bench is equipped with a DS2019-18 insulation tester, which is used to measure the insulation resistance of power battery modules.

7. The training bench is equipped with a teaching resource package software V1.0 for the structural composition of new energy vehicle parts. It adopts a three-dimensional animation mode to describe the structural composition of the power battery module (square aluminum shell battery) in detail. Each main component can be opened by clicking, and has basic parameters and performance descriptions. The intelligent courseware is installed with a U disk, and can be played directly after being inserted into the computer, which is suitable for practical teaching.
