The original parts of Tesla Model 3 front drive power unit (induction motor + motor controller + transmission) are installed on the special disassembly and assembly swivel frame for students to recognize, detect, disassemble and assemble and measure the internal structure of the power unit. 1. The driving unit is installed on the special disassembly and assembly frame. The swivel structure rotates flexibly and can be fixed at any angle, which is convenient for observation and disassembly and assembly from different angles.
2. The device is equipped with a supporting milliohmmeter, which can detect the resistance between each phase line of asynchronous induction motor.
3. The device is equipped with a supporting insulation tester, which can measure the safe insulation resistance between each phase line and the shell of asynchronous induction motor.
4. The device is equipped with a supporting multimeter, which can detect and repair the rotor position sensor of asynchronous motor and temperature sensor.
5. The device can recognize the circuit of asynchronous motor controller and measure the components and chips.
6.The device can realize the disassembly and assembly of asynchronous motor transmission, measure the flatness of transmission end cover, and check the wear of driving gear, driven gear and reducer gear.
7.The device can realize the Tesla motor oil cooling technology learning, cooling oil replacement and oil pump and oil filter disassembly and assembly training.
8.The device can carry out the air tightness test of Tesla water oil heat exchanger.
9.The device is equipped with supporting disassembly and assembly tools, which can complete the disassembly and assembly of drive motor and transmission. And there are no less than 10 disassembly and assembly tools.
10.The overall frame of the disassembly and assembly platform is made of 40×40mm high-strength square steel. Its four circumference is welded with steel plates, and its surface is treated by spraying process. The table top is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with insulating rubber pad to facilitate disassembly and placement of parts.
11.There is a drawer in the middle of the front of the disassembly and assembly table, which is used to place special disassembly and assembly tools, and the lower part is the parts storage cabinet. The left side of the disassembly and assembly table is equipped with a hidden slowdown swivel mechanism, which can rotate and lock the transmission at any angle, which is convenient for students to practice disassembly and assembly from different angles.

13.The left side of the disassembly and assembly bench is equipped with a movable oil pan. The base frame of the oil pan is retractable, which is used to collect sundries and waste oil and keep the environment clean.
14.The bottom of the disassembly and assembly table is equipped with self-locking casters and fixed adjusting bolts, which can be moved conveniently. The four adjusting bolts can be leveled at any position to ensure the stability of the disassembly process.
