I. Product Introduction:(FXB-X12001)
This product is equipped with all sensors, actuators, relays and fuses of the original vehicle. And sensors, actuators and relays are equipped with on-line detection harness. Each fault simulation, detection and maintenance of the training system has detailed videos, words and pictures to tell teachers how to set and solve faults step by step. For students, each fault case is equipped with training work sheet, training assessment work sheet and students' homework, so that teachers can teach easily and students can learn effectively.

II. Function

1.The training system for measuring marks trace function is used together with the 2019 Audi A6L 40 TFSI luxury vehicle online testing training system and testing computer. It can carry out the inspection and maintenance of the original car for the car engine, J519 module, lighting and comfort systems.

2.The corresponding teaching practical system functions can be selected and expanded according to the actual teaching needs to meet different teaching demand standards, which plays a good application function in accelerating the training of work study combination talents and curriculum reform and innovation, further promoting the employment of graduates of relevant majors in higher vocational volleges and cultivating practical talents in short supply for industries and enterprises.

3.The training system for the case of measuring fault marks is based on the whole vehicle, and can be easily connected in series between the control module and the original vehicle wiring harness without destroying the original vehicle circuit.

4.Connect the fault setting terminal through the harness equipped with the connector matched with the original vehicle plug. The fault setting terminal is connected to the detection platform through a special harness to realize the multi-functional teaching equipment of circuit teaching, measurement mark, measurement step recording, data review and practical training assessment of each system of the whole vehicle.

5.The system is applicable to the measurement of terminal voltage of automobile engine control module, j519 control module, lighting system, comfortable system and other control modules, and the flow capacity meets the requirements of the original vehicle, which has no impact on the operation of the original vehicle.

6.The system is equipped with mechanical fault setting terminal, which can set open circuit, short circuit, accidental, virtual contact and reverse connection fault of CAN line, and can measure the real-time voltage of control module terminal.

7.The electrical signals of terminals, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals, can be detected directly on the panel with multimeter, oscilloscope and probe. And the functions of fault setting, detection and troubleshooting of different parts and modules of the whole vehicle can also be realized by replacing the supporting harness and detection panel.

8.Equipped with detection computer and special software, the detection data can be viewed in real time at the display end, and learning materials such as original vehicle maintenance materials, training instructions and operation videos can be viewed.

9.The equipment has the function of measuring mark / detection. The real-time data of the students' multimeter on the detection panel will be transmitted to the detection computer for storage, and the measurement steps will be recorded synchronously.

10.The teacher's test steps will also be recorded. And the steps and data detected by teachers and students can be looked back, which can facilitate students and teachers to look back, and improve teachers' teaching efficiency and students' interest in learning.
