i.Features
1.The device is designed based on the dual-circuit brake system to illustrate the structure and working process of the
automobile brake system.
2.The training bench is installed with a vacuum pump to provide vacuum servo power. Pressure meters are installed on the fore
and rear braking lines to show changes in the pressure in the fore and rear braking cylinders.
3.The training panel is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion
resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft
and spraying primer. Never fade color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface
coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the
diagram and the real object.
4.The moveable shelf is made of high-intensity steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed to
ensure that it is flexible and convenient.
5.The device applies to vehicle braking system and maintenance practical training courses of secondary and senior vocational
schools, normal education and training institutions. It can fully meet the needs for automobile braking system structure
working simulation and assembly and disassembly practicing. The laboratory device is multi-functional, easy to operate, and
reliable.
