The engine management system calibration teaching platform is mainly divided into three functional areas as follows:
Function Area 1: Demonstration area for parts and components. This area clearly shows the components of the engine management system. It can accurately represent the working conditions of engine components under different engine working conditions in combination with adjustable speed crankshaft flywheel signal wheel and camshaft signal wheel so that the students can master the composition and working characteristics of the engine management system in an intuitive manner.
Function Area 2: Signal acquisition and excitation and fault simulation area. This area enables signal collection of each input and output circuit of the electric control unit. It can also stimulate the sensor signal and enable the fault simulation test of the signal circuit or output control circuit for open circuit.
Function Area 3: Calibration software operation and display area. This area mainly consists of an integrated computer with embedded authorized calibration software. The users can observe the changes of the relevant variables of the electronic control unit and modify related calibration parameters with the calibration software.
