MeCa is a universal ECU measurement and calibration tool, which can collect and display the internal data of the ECU in a real-time manner and adjust the internal parameters of the ECU online. In addition, MeCa also provides functions such as automatic measurement and calibration, ECU program flashing and upgrading. MeCa enables communication between upper and lower computers through CAN bus and supports CAN-based calibration protocol CCP.
MeCa provides a full graphical user interface and a variety of graphical controls, which can display measurement data and adjust calibration parameters in diverse forms.

ECU internal data collection and monitoring

A series of rich graphic controls such as curve oscilloscope, thermometer, tachometer, digital display and indicator light are provided to facilitate the observation of ECU data changes.

ECU real-time calibration

Accessing, modification and real-time online calibration of RAM and Flash with calibration controls such as switches, knobs, curves and 3D MAP.

ECU flashing

One-button ECU code flashing and updating. The code flashing accuracy is guaranteed by the handshake procedure, which is convenient and quick.

Data storage and analysis

The recording and storage function can store the measurement data on the upper computer and save in data formats such as CSV. Calculation and analysis on the stored data is enabled by MeCa. The users may also import the data into powerful mathematical operation software such as Matlab for post-processing.
