About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
Intelligent sensor installation and commissioning training bench is a special equipment that can be used for theoretical teaching, training and assessment based on the connected teaching vehicle testing assessment standard. The training bench has deployed the millimeter wave radar, ultrasonic radar, LIDAR, vehicle camera, combined navigation and drawing circuit wiring process diagrams of various sensors to achieve principle introduction, structure display, assembly, wiring, commissioning, fault diagnosis, data testing and assessment functions. The training bench is also equipped with a dedicated laptop to install the original factory driver and debugging software of intelligent sensors, which is convenient for quality detection of intelligent sensors and identifies the models and interface types of different intelligent sensors. It makes it easier for students to master the installation and commissioning ability, fault analysis and processing ability. Applicable to the teaching needs of medium and higher vocational and technical colleges, ordinary education colleges and training institutions to test and assessment of intelligent connected cars' intelligent sensor.

1. Camera module: equipped with camera circuit diagram, students can connect the camera circuit against the circuit diagram, and carry out driver installation and quality testing of the camera via PC terminal. According to the process document, the camera can be installed on the intelligent network teaching vehicle for teaching assessment.                  
2. Millimeter wave radar module: equipped with millimeter wave radar circuit diagram, students can connect the circuit of millimeter wave radar according against the circuit diagram, and carry out driver installation and quality test of millimeter wave radar through PC terminal. According to the process document, millimeter wave radar can be installed on the intelligent network teaching vehicle for teaching assessment.                                                         3. Lidar module: equipped with LIDAR circuit diagram, students can connect the circuit of LIDAR against circuit diagram, and carry out driver installation and quality test of LIDAR through PC terminal. According to the process document, LIDAR can be installed on the intelligent connected teaching vehicle for teaching assessment.               
4. Ultrasonic radar module: equipped with ultrasonic radar circuit diagram, students can connect the circuit of ultrasonic radar against circuit diagram, carry out driver installation and quality test of ultrasonic radar through PC terminal. According to the process document, ultrasonic radar can be installed on the intelligent connected teaching vehicle for teaching assessment.         
5. GPS combination inertial navigation module: equipped with GPS combination inertial navigation circuit diagram, students can connect the circuit of GPS combination inertial navigation against circuit diagram, carry out driver installation and quality test of GPS combination inertial navigation through PC terminal. According to the process document, GPS combination inertial navigation can be installed on the intelligent connected teaching vehicle for teaching assessment.
