About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
Intelligent cockpit training platform is developed based on the intelligent networked vehicle test and installation assessment standard. The production assembly and quality testing of the intelligent cockpit dual-link screen and the domain controller can be achieved on the bench. Equipped with assembly and wiring process files, students can complete the component model recognition, assembly step guidelines, line connection and inspection, data measurement, and overall functional test and debugging tasks of intelligent cockpit. It makes it easier for students to master the assembly and commissioning ability, fault analysis and processing ability of intelligent cockpit. Applicable to the teaching needs of medium and higher vocational and technical colleges, ordinary education colleges and training institutions to test and assessment of intelligent cockpit system.

1. The bench is equipped with circuit diagrams and assembly diagrams to guide students to make the correct selection and identification of components and to understand the intelligent cockpit assembly requirements correctly according to the standards.
2. The bench is equipped with special torque adjustable electric disassembly tool, multimeter, oscilloscope and other instruments to facilitate students' learning and assessment tasks such as tool selection, screw tightening torque adjustment, working power and communication signal measurement.
3. The stand is equipped with parts placement box, which is convenient to place the metal shell of dual-link screen, core motherboard of dual-link screen, core motherboard of domain controller, shell of domain controller, special jumper cables, special fixing screws and other materials.
4. The bench is equipped with a laptop, which can be used for functional testing of the intelligent cockpit.
5. Intelligent cockpit with USB upgrade function, can do central control system upgrade, central control MCU upgrade, instrumentation system upgrade, instrumentation MCU upgrade.
6. Can test 14 functions of the intelligent cockpit system: Vehicle multimedia function, USB playback function, Bluetooth connection function, Mobile phone interconnection function, Voice recognition, Dual-screen interactive function, air conditioning control function and so on.
7. The bench adopts shadowless lighting function, which is convenient for the assembly and testing of intelligent cockpit dual-link screen and domain controller.
8. The training bench adopts ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into 12V DC power supply by internal circuit transformer and rectifier, without battery, reducing the trouble of charging, 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit function.
9. The training bench is welded with steel structure, the surface is treated with spraying process, with 3-inch self-locking casters device for easy movement.
